The Crazy & White Reindeer Complex is close to the slopes and full of pampering options, so it offers relaxation and get-up-and-go in equal measure.
You’ll find this cosy retreat about 10 minutes’ walk from Levi. It’s well geared up for thawing out, and comes with communal snugs with crackling log fires and plump leather sofas.
There’s a choice of bedrooms. Stay in the White Reindeer accommodation in the main building, or the Crazy Reindeer rooms in a separate one. And, if you've got the whole family in tow, suites sleep up to eight.

After being given your snow clothes at the airport, Santa's elves will take you to your hotel in Levi, Pallas or Yllas. Then, you've got the afternoon free to get a feel for your surroundings. Grab a toboggan and head for the slopes or take a walk through the snowy countryside.
Get a crash course in Lappish culture in this taster session. You can take a short husky sleigh ride, and have a go on a snowmobile. One of Santa's elves will tell you a story around the fire, too. The rest of the day is yours to spend how you fancy - wrap up and play in the snow or relax in the warmth of your hotel.
Cruise through the countryside on a snowmobile, or sit back and relax on a sleigh as huskies or reindeer do the hard work. Or why not book the Snow Village excursion? It includes loads of outdoor activities.
Head to Santa's activity area for a day of festive fun. Try your hand at decorating cookies and making Christmas tree ornaments, take a ride on a reindeer-pulled sleigh, and top your day off with a face-to-face meeting with Santa himself. On a Lapland Explorer trip you'll tuck into a traditional Christmas dinner at the gala meal, too.

Crazy & Magical
We went here as a family santa visit trip for 7 days,,, the Crazy part is,, it is so magical, and although I'm an adult - you cant help, than to believe in santa again , the hotel is fantastic - not overly priced - the food is good, and plenty of entertainment going on - the rooms are spacious and very very warm, if you come here - i promise you wont be disappointed....More
This is a great hotel with a great location. We did a package with Thomson staying for 4 nights and did 3 excursions out of 4. The hotel is a good location being 10 minutes from the airport and a 10 minute walk into the local village. We got engaged in Lapland and the hotel made 2 swans out of the towels. The in room sauna is lovely after a trip out in the snow. I'm quite a fussy eater so will say the food is ok and the hotel does smell damp in a couple of corridors but with everyone walking in wet boots I don't know how this can be helped. We would stay here again.More
Magical holiday, great hotel
My family and I stayed for 4 nights with Thomas cook. The hotel was wonderfully decorated and very warm as you would want in such cold weather conditions. The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of room. Even though we looked out over the front of the hotel, the snow and fairy lights make everything look so beautiful and you are surrounded by fir trees. Very christmassy. The food was beautiful and varied day to day and there was SO much choice. The only downside was that the staff were a little rude and unhelpful whilst we were having issues with our room keys - such a shame when everything else was so perfect. Would still return regardless as it's such a lovely place.More

good location to visit father xmas
Travelled with Thomson. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children. Disappointing start as we had to queue outdoors for thermal clothing etc. Hotel was good but only one lift . Plenty of choice of food. The quality of food on the excursions was well below standard. We arrived at Kittila airport over 3 hours before return flight as did everybody else, which resulted in severe overcrowding. Raw sewarage appeared in the lounge area.More
