Constantinou Bros Asimina Suites Hotel

My husband & I plus a group of 31 friends have just returned from another wonderful 2 weeks holiday at the Asimina Suite Hotel. Everyone from the cleaning staff, room maids, gardeners, porters, pool & grounds staff, bar staff, restaurant staff, reception staff, George the bar manager, Mr. George in charge of the restaurant ,Mr.Yiangus the hotel manager to Mr. Spyros the hotels general manager, EVERYONE was so polite, friendly & helpful at all times, nothing was too much trouble - sadly something you don't find in many hotels these days !!!! After reading a recent trip advisor report I wondered if we had been staying in the same hotel !!! Granted, because there had been a full hotel made up of a group from a holiday company in the U.K., sometimes there were queues at breakfast for the lady who made the 'freshly made to order' scrambled eggs, poached eggs & omelettes, it is my understanding that the hotel does not normally take in such a large group all together as inevitably everyone comes down at the same time for meals, where as individual guests 'stagger' their times for meals & this does not cause 'queues'. How ANYONE can find fault with this hotel is beyond me, the food is very good - yes I will agree on some evenings it could have been a little warmer as lots of guests were looking into the food servers on the hot plates but not putting the lids down again to keep the heat in & a quiet word with Mr. Yiangus meant that this would be looked into. The restaurant staff on some occasions were a little 'too eager' to take your side plates away, again we explained that we may wish to have cheese & biscuits after our meal so this was dealt with - no problem. The hotel EVERY WHERE is SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, with more than enough comfortable sun loungers round the pool area & in the gardens & the beach area. On a hot sunny day where else can you get a 'cold' white face cloth brought out to you to 'cool down' while relaxing on the loungers or given small pots of frozen assorted grapes ???? Their commitment to detail is first class. The hotel is just a few minutes walk away from the local bus stop which is very inexpensive 1.50 Euros p/p for any trip one way or 5 Euros p/p for an all day pass which you can use till 12 midnight on the day of purchase, plus the local taxi firms are reasonable & very reliable. Would I and my group go back there again........MOST DEFINITELY !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed at theAsimina Suites hotel for a week in middle of November, we cant praise the hotel enough, everything was lovely, the food, facilities and rooms we could not fault. Everywhere was so clean, and the staff were so friendly and couldnt do enough to help you and to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We hope to go back to this hotel again.
