The beachfront Atlantica Miramare Beach is a contemporary hotel that offers a relaxing pool scene and first-class dining.
This hotel is pulled right up next to a beach, so you can get to the shore in a few steps. Take a 10-minute drive along the coastline, and you’ll come across the area’s marina and a line-up of seafront tavernas.
Inside, the hotel is really stylish. We’re talking coffee and cream-coloured sofas in a softly lit lobby, a red-on-red restaurant, and all-white wicker sofas in a bar terrace that floats over a koi carp pond.

Atlantica Miramare Limassol
Returned to the Miramare after a few years and had forgotten what a great location on the beach it has. We have a sea facing room and are very happy with it. There are some disappointments in this stay. The food has been very disappointing. No freshly made choice of omelettes or eggs for breakfast. All pre cooked. Dinner The soup is not the nice homemade soup we remember from a previous visit and the food is not hot. And there has been roast pork on every night since we came a week ago. I’m so disappointed. The desserts are in far too small a space and can become overcrowded with quite unmannerly people pushing in. We had dinner in the Red Room one night and you would have thought that you were visiting a different hotel. It was amazing. Thank you William and the chef for the Red Room service. A little bit of the quality in there shared with the buffet restaurant wouldn’t go amiss. Can’t fault the staff in any way. So please Miramare get your buffet restaurant up a notch or two. Have never felt the need on any holiday to go elsewhere to eat but this visit has certainly sent us looking for food elsewhere. More
Nice Holiday but nothing special
I stayed for 11 nights with my husband in September - it was a last minute booking and was our first to Cyprus. We have 4 or 5 holidays a year and always stay in 4 and 5 star hotels . This hotel was a little dated and the room was nice but had a few small faults - the safe door fell out every time it was opened but locked if you balanced it while locking so we didn’t report it - which in hindsight we should have. We had a jacuzzi room which was nice with a huge terrace. The hot-tub had a bit of a mind of its own, turning on noisily at night and going cold during the day. We had someone come to fix it but it still did it’s own thing so in the end we just used it as it was. The staff were on the whole quite friendly and the guests seem to come back all the time so it is a popular hotel. I think it just seemed a little tired. The two a la Carte restaurants were both really good but the main restaurant was not that good, the food was often just warm and the variety of food was not as good as other hotels of this rating. I liked the outdoor area to eat as the inside was more like a canteen -tables very close together and very noisy. The area sectioned for drinks in the morning was not very adaquate for the amount of guests and as the only water (which is all I drink) was dispensed from the fruit juice machine (with low pressure) I would have to queue for ages just for water and then have people pushing in to me getting juices etc. The bar staff favoured the repeat guests -even though we were tipping them I often was ignored for long periods while the regulars were served -one of the barmen was point blank rude although the others were ok. Best barman ran the bar which wasn’t all inclusive (except for wine or beer) I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was super efficient, friendly and helpful at all times. I thought the evening shows were good for the type of hotel it is - the dancers were good, the DJ was friendly and so the evenings were fine. I didn’t do any daytime activities so can’t comment on those. The reception was good, there were nice touches in the room (bottle of wine, cheese and biscuits etc on arrival-robes and flip flops and slippers, decent hair dryer) We enjoyed our stay but think there are a lot of improvements that could make this hotel much better and worthy of its four stars.More
Lovely stay for the second time.
We returned to this hotel after nearly two years and were just as happy with the service we received. We had a wonderful sea view room on the third floor of the hotel. It was impeccably clean and tidy and well appointed. The hotel has a great spot, and views over the sea are available when eating, relaxing and in a lot of rooms. One member of staff remembered us two years after our previous visit and the bar staff were fantastic, Adam in particular was professional, friendly and attentive in the main bar.. Food was always lovely, good selection. We can’t fault this hotel. Also a mention to the man who does the disco and acrobatic show, it was amazing and hes a real good sport.More
The room was quite okay. The whole hotel is a bit in a need of renovation though. The Thalassa restaurant, in which the breakfast and dinner were served, had a lot of staff and still it was hard to get service. There were shows held every night in the pool bar right next to the hotel. The last show every night started at 23.30 and they played music so loud that any of us couldn't sleep even though we stayed in the fift floor.More
Excellent in many ways. Enjoyable stay but some negatives.
Just back after a weeks all inclusive stay. Had good holiday at an impressive hotel but a few negatives to report. Firstly room nice [no 433] beds super comfortable. Had an issue with maid not cleaning room to standard but informed guest relations and an immediate apology was made and supervisor viewed problems. Top service in my opinion. Stayed around adults pool all week . A proper pool you can actually swim in. Bit cold though.lol.The lunch and evening meals were nice without being exceptional. Not much sea food never saw any prawns or mussels etc.only saw smoked salmon once also swordfish once.Tuna most days with the salads. Breakfasts were the worst i have ever had in 40 years travelling abroad. No mushrooms ever , no sausages apart from minature frank furters from a tin that were gross. Fried eggs cooked in that much oil they were covered over so they were also gross. The omelletes were cooked then cut into pieces no opton to have mushroom or ham or cheese omellettes. Asked on first day a lady called maria received a shrug nothing more happy soul !! No dried fruits. Bacon cold list is endless. The a la carte restaurant was superb, very enjoyable bit silly though only one dessert option but i did see someone ask for ice cream as a replacement and they got it. The Il Mara restaurant was also special but as its outside think it might be too cold now. The Kio bar was nice but all inclusive guests cant have cocktails here so we used the main bar.entertainment poor and very dated. Didnt like to see guests feeding the cats in the outside areas at the restaurant , at one point i had 4 around my feet whilst i ate Sword fish!!!!! Told the guest relations they should put signs up not to feed cats where food is served but she told me they are lovelly talk about miss the point. Was angry at her reply but could see i was wasting my time. Hotel also had a lot of Russian guests who were unbelievably ignorant so wont be going back . The staff were reasonably friendly. Thesstaff at the reception were very helpful. The bar men were good apart from when they were watching tv behind the bar.More
