    Hi we visited last 2 weeks in October.Our Second visit and again not disappointed at all. Greeted by so friendly night porter,and quick allocation for room/We booked via TUI for sea view extra balcony. Well pleased Room 421 perfect.Great view of Fig Tree Bay. Free wifi great,free safe,great.Room cleaned every day etc,lovely ladies. If you prefer a balcony with afternoon /evening sun the choose not sea view,We actually love the sea view. The lifts work quick/ Food great,loads of choice ,theme nights,Breakfast great.Yes not your 5 star luxury ,but who cares a great Family run Hotel. Pool and area around just brill.sun all day,depending where you sit. A 5 minute walk to the lovely Fig Tree Bay,clear sandy warm water.Sun beds at a charge.We sunbathed around the Hotel pool/bar walked to the sea ,a lovely swim ,then walked back for dip in pool .GREAT The Hotel is situated end of Protaros strip down a short road road 5 Mins walk to main strip/bars etc. Good supermarket next door to put you beer in the Room fridge. Also near by are bike hire etc and local bus 101/102 bus to Ayia Napa etc 1.50 single trip or you can get a day 5 euro on off per person. Summing up i would recommend this Hotel and Area we will return Enjoy Roger

    What can I say other than I’m gutted I’ve already booked my holidays for next year or we would of booked to come back . We had a amazing time staff was welcoming and friendly even the brothers that owned the hotel was very hands on and always asked if you were ok food was lovely always something nice every day location of this place is perfect 2 mins you are on the beach and 1 min you are on the strip thanks chrystalla for a amazing stay

    We stayed for 2 weeks in October. The weather was great for the first 9 days followed by a couple of thunderstorms which this year came earlier than normal. We stayed in a superior room with sea view. The view from the room is probably one of the best of the hotels in Protaras. The room was a recent addition to the hotel and felt almost new. Two things missing from the walk in shower were a hand rail and a shelf for shampoo/soap. The hand rail needs to be fitted as a matter of urgency – we reported this to the TUI rep. There was good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The room was cleaned every day and bed linen changed every other day. The bed was comfortable but the bed pillows were on the hard side - I would suggest the hotel change these for better quality next year. The hotel was clean throughout and the staff were always friendly. The food was good but being a small hotel choice was limited, nevertheless there was always something to suit everyone’s taste. Fig Tree Bay is ideal for families with young children – safe bathing and lots of water activities.

    What can I say that’s not been said already about this hotel, clean friendly home from home. From arrival to departure can’t fault this place. The staff and management make you feel so welcome and at home. The 7 day menu is varied, Cypriot, Italian, Mexican, International menus to name but a few the roast night on Monday is very popular, also a great choice of everyday favourites, spaghetti, pasta, fish and salads to die for, desserts are amazing and varied. The hotel is kept immaculately clean at all times. It was my birthday while we were stayed there, when we came back from the pool I was greeted by a cake, food and wine from the management and staff. There is not a rush to reserve a sunbed by the pool no matter what time you choose to go down, there is a good mix of Nationalities with 70% being English. You can pay twice the price to stay at a big hotel but this hotel has the personal touch making everyone feel welcome. We will definitely be returning here, you won’t be disappointed if you choose this hotel

    Rooms cleaned daily, late bar, food hit and miss.. usually lukewarm at best. pool area nice but plagued with flies . Late checkout 30 euros . 3 pin sockets in room so no adapters needed. Area itself quite nice if you like quiet, try Ceejays pub live music. Regular bus service 1.5 euros. Don't bother with taxis they'll rip you off.rated as 2 star but I'd say 3. Review in October 2019
