The Hotel Tasia Maris’ standout features include a close-to-it-all location and a varied entertainment line-up.
This hotel’s location is a big draw. Walk for a minute or so through the grounds and you’ll come to a sandy beach. A 15-minute wander, meanwhile, takes you to the shops, restaurants and bars of Nissi Beach.
This place is geared towards adults. Days are all about relaxing by the hotel’s lagoon-like pool, or winding down in the spa*. Evenings, on the other hand, are taken over by à la carte dinners and live music.

We arrived for a week's holiday late In the evening, all inclusive we checked in and was told straight away we were only allowed one free drink that evening. The all inclusive also finished at 23.30 in the evening so NOT all inclusive as far as I'm concerned. The rooms are clean but dated and you have to pay extra for a safe and a fridge. The next morning we went down for breakfast, the reception staff all women are so rude I've never known anything quite like it, never smiled never said Thank you or good morning tbey were so very rude. Good selection of food BUT again beware lunch is a fixed menu, no buffet to chose what you want it's fixed off a menu and it became quiet boring towards the end of the week, evening was buffet style. Staff are in no rush to serve you drinks and you are kept waiting ad they avoid eye contact like the plague. Pool is clean but small and the sunbeds are very crammed in you are almost sat on top of one and another. Please be aware when booking this hotel it is NOT a platinum at all and the entertainment in the evening was absolutely apauling, with young holiday reps screaming rather than signing. The hotel itself is located in Ayia Napa near to Nissi beach so is very noisy.i would not go back as much nicer hotels elsewhere in Ayia Napa. NOT all inclusive and very rude ignorant staff. Please beware. Only positive the house maids were very friendly and worked hard maybe they should put the maids front of house and move the moody rude receptionists upstairs to clean!!! More
This is our second time in three years here(8-15 October). It's still as nice as we remember, with the added bonus if 5one restaurant and spa. We are all inclusive, which for drinks is local beers, wines and spirits. Lunchtime snacks were plentiful, and evening meals were nice if not a bit samey. The new 5one Al la carte was lovely, food ,service, and atmosphere was first class. As all inclusive you get one free visit included in the stay. The new spa was very nice although we struggled to get s slot for a treatment, do book early.everyobe really friendly, again really relaxing holiday, would we come here again for a third time? Yes. Thanks all at Tasia Maris More
Have just returned from this hotel after a lovely relaxing week away, the hotel is located in an excellent position close to shops and the resort of aya Napa and nissi beach. the room we had was very modern and clean, the room is made up every day and clean towels provided have to mention that the pillow cases were a bit frayed and pillows were hard, bed bit uncomfortable at the start of holiday but got used to it, was disappointed that didn't get pool towels changed everyday and the fridge and safe were added extras and had to be paid for, I would have expected to be included with this hotel being in the platinum range, we also had to pay to keep the room on as we had a late night flight which we have never had to do before this is usually included in our holiday package. The food in the restaurant was very nice and staff replenished all the time something for everyone and if a fussy eater will find something, the staff in the restaurant were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is very disabled friendly, my husband is disabled and took his mobility scooter and had no problems getting around the complex I also had my arm in plaster and couldn't fault the help we received. The pool is accessible to anyone with walking diffcuties as can walk into it with use of handrail, was nice that sunbeds had cushions on. The staff in the hotel were friendly and willing to help this included the bar staff, I have to mention Peter on reception what a lovely man he is I loved his stories and could have listened to him for hours I was very sorry that didn't get to say goodbye to him on our last nite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be returning.More
I too agree with the disappointing reviews; this is not a platinum hotel. Booked a sea view room which could only be seen if out on the balcony, the room itself was ok however the bathroom was very small and dark and the shower was terrible. Went to reception as the fridge wasn't working and was informed we had to pay 20 euros for the fridge to be switched on, I have never in all my years of travelling have I had to pay for the use of an empty fridge!!! We had requested a quiet room on a high floor and when I went to reception (we were on the 2nd floor above the evening entertainment), the female receptionist rudely informed me this is just a request and no other rooms were available but may be able to move us in a couple of days, however reception never got back to us!!!! The food was also terrible and we ended up eating out most nights and skipping breakfast, also when we went to sit at a table one evening we were rudely told to wait to be seated and then taken to the table we were heading to. The best staff were the cleaners and a lovely, helpful and very informative Australian gentleman on reception, who is an asset to the hotel. This is an awful shame as the location of the hotel was great.More
I agree with most of the reviews as in this is not platinum.only been here a day and could feel straight away that staff just do not want to help or serve; from reception to both bars.not all inclusive but still given rubbish drinks ,standard should be good whatever. Equipment in the gym is limited and bike and stepper dont work. There is extra charge for safe and even the fridge. There are so many fantastic hotels and apartments in ayia napa so dont bother.More
