Our latest long-haul titles hit the shelves last week, showcasing holidays from February 2012 right through to April 2013. If you haven’t managed to get your hands on them yet, here’s a sneak peek at what’s inside…
1. New hotels
You’ll find lots of new properties on the books, including a brand new Thomson Couples hotel. The Bucuti Beach Resort in Aruba – the 13th new Thomson Couples property lined up for next summer – fits the same indulgent mould as the rest. Expect one of the Caribbean’s best beaches on the doorstep, complete with a spa offering massages for two on the sand.
2. Flexible flights
We’re always looking for ways to make our holidays more flexible. Unlike other tour operators, for example, we offer weekly flights to the Dominican Republic – so you don’t have to stick to fortnights. The same applies to Varadero flights, too. And if you’re heading to Jamaica, you’ve now got a choice of three UK airports to jet off from – Birmingham, Manchester and Gatwick.
3. 10 & 11-night stays
Speaking of Jamaica, more UK airports also means more options when it comes to the number of nights you go for. From now on, you can opt for 10 or 11 nights when you fly to Jamaica from London Gatwick. And the same applies if you’re planning a Maldives holiday from Gatwick.
Flick through the Florida brochure and, for the first time, you’ll find details of our newest range – 3T Favourites. Hotels in this collection come highly recommended by Thomson customers and score at least 4 out of 5 on TripAdvisor. Not only that, but they’re great value for money. You’ll spot four hotels in the brochure, including the new Liki Tiki Village.
2. More flights
From winter 2012, we’ve increased our flights to Florida from London Gatwick. Instead of fortnightly departures, you’ll now find weekly flights to the Sunshine State.
3. New features
We’ve given our All-In-One package – which includes Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando tickets, accommodation, flights and transport – a bit of an overhaul. For starters, there’s now a 3T+ option featuring the Coco Key Hotel & Waterpark. Plus, there’s a brand new SeaWorld All-In-One package, which lets you tick off three of Florida’s biggest theme parks – SeaWorld, Aquatica and Busch Gardens – in one hit.
On top of all that, you’ll notice the brochures are sporting a brand new look. We’ve streamlined the pages and made them much more user-friendly. But don’t just take our word for it – cast your eye over the brochures below and let us know what you think.
