Once you’ve booked your holiday and sorted your entry to the Disney Parks, you’ll need to make a reservation for the same dates your tickets are valid for. It’s easy to do – just visit this website to secure your entry using the new Disney Park Pass System. Just so you know, you’ll need to make a reservation for each day of your trip.
Channel your inner Frozone. Your temperature will be checked with no-touch thermometers before you enter the Parks.
Everyone in your party – including kids aged two and above – needs to wear a face covering while in the Disney Parks. If possible, pack a clear bag, as this will help you get to the rides sooner. Cast Members will also be wearing face coverings to help keep you safe and healthy. And remember, absolutely no capes.
Keeping two metres apart from others is easy for the likes of Elastigirl. To make it easy for you, too, Disney have added floor markings and barriers around the Parks to help you keep your distance.
Washing your hands regularly is really important. You should do this often, for 20 seconds at a time. You’ll also find extra hand sanitising stations for keeping clean between washing.
The My Disney Experience* app lets you make contactless payments and order food from your phone, plus provides keyless entry to your hotel room and more. Make sure to download it before you go.
If you need any help while in the Parks, keep an eye out for the Incredi-Crew – this team of Cast Members are on hand to make your holiday one you’ll never forget.
We recommend staying in a Disney hotel to really make the most of your holiday. There are loads to choose from, and they’ve all got their own unique twist, so you can find the perfect pick for your family. There’s Mexican-themed Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, which is set on a 22-acre lake – making it the perfect spot for an early morning stroll before heading to the roller coasters. If you’re travelling with animal lovers, book a stay at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. Fancy a balcony breakfast alongside the likes of giraffes and zebras? This is where you’ll find it, as this hotel’s set in a wildlife reserve. Meanwhile, Disney’s Pop Century Resort is designed for fans of the 20th century. Expect a bowling pin-shaped pool in the 50s zone and a Rubik's Cube® in the 80s.
