Ever wanted to set sail on a dream cruise around the Caribbean? How about designing your own itinerary, too? We’re giving you the chance to pick 5 ports of call, an activity for your sea day and even choose a name for your very own cruise. Sound good? Read on to find out more…
Like those Choose Your Own Adventure books from the 80s, we’re putting you in charge of your cruise holiday and letting you decide where you want to go. Whether you’re a sun-seeker in search of the perfect beach or a culture lover looking for local history, you’ll be able to vote on the ports of call you’d love to visit the most.
We want to create the perfect Caribbean cruise and we need your help. So, in a UK first, we’re calling on our Thomson Cruises fans to don their captain’s hats and help plan the entire trip…
Our cruise starts and ends in Barbados with a full day at sea, but what happens in-between is up to you. We’re taking the ports, some new activity options for your day at sea and even the cruise name to the polls so you can vote for your favourites and design the perfect holiday.
Over the next 8 weeks we’ll be posting the following polls for you to cast your vote…
Vote 1 – Choose your activity for the day at sea.
Votes 2-6 – Pick your ports of call.
Vote 7 – Come up with a great name for your cruise – we’ll ask you for suggestions first, create a shortlist of our favourites and let you decide the winner.
We’ll count up all the votes as we go, and reveal the winning port each week so you can decide where to head next. At the end, we’ll reveal your dream Caribbean cruise. The winning cruise will go on sale as part of our winter 2016/2017programme later this year.
And that’s not all… everyone who takes part in the final vote will be entered into a prize draw to win a trip for two on the Sail Your Way cruise, as designed by you.
