ITINERARY: PRIDE OF PANAMA
On this cruise you’ll start and end your itinerary in Jamaica – so you can spend up to a week getting to see more of the island on one of our cruise and stay holidays. Once you set sail, things kick off with a stop in Costa Rica, home to the happiest people in the world. Here, you can zip line through the rainforest and visit a sloth sanctuary. Plus, keep an eye out for monkeys and more than 250 different types of bird. Then you’ll head to Panama, where you can sail on the world-famous canal and explore Panama City. Your final ports of call are both in Colombia, starting in Cartagena, which is the only walled town in the Americas, built to protect the original settlement from pirates. While there, explore some of the colonial buildings, including a 400-year old monastery. And in Santa Marta, Colombia’s oldest town, relax on ice-white sands and listen to traditional Colombia music in the reggae bars.

ITINERARY: EXOTIC EXPLORER
You’ll visit some impressive ports on this itinerary, starting with Roatan in Honduras. This port town flaunts diving opportunities worth writing home about – expect turtles and dolphins playing under the surf, shipwrecks, and coral reefs ripe for exploring. Then, you’ll sail to Guatemala, which effortlessly blends the old and new, with street-vendors selling handmade goods alongside modern restaurants and shopping malls. Next up is Belize City, where remnants of British colonial rule still linger alongside Mayan ruins hidden deep in tropical jungle. Your last stop before heading back to Jamaica is Costa Maya in Mexico, home to the second-largest barrier reef in the world. Head inland and you’ll find ancient ruins and soft-sand beaches perfect for topping up on vitamin D.

ITINERARY: PANAMA CANAL EXPERIENCE
This itinerary is similar to our Pride of Panama sailing, but includes two extra stops. In Panama you’ll spend the morning in Gatun Lake, where you can hop off the ship on a TUI excursion. Kayak across Gatun Lake looking for wildlife, see the indigenous Embera Indians demonstrate their traditional dance moves in the rainforest, or explore Fort San Lorenzo. Your other stop is Port Royal in Jamaica, which features in the first Pirates of the Caribbean film. Plus, check out the island’s history and culture in National Gallery of Jamaica.
