    This hotel gets rave reviews on TripAdvisor for three things – its location, its pool scene and its food.

    The Napa Plaza gets loads of repeat visitors. It’s partly setting-related. Nightlife hub, Napa Square, is two minutes’ walk away. But, as reviewers point out, you’d never know it – the hotel’s got a really quiet vibe.

    The pool is a real centrepiece, and there are five restaurants including a meze venue and a funky sushi bar. Add a couple of great bars to the mix and you’ll see why people come back for seconds.

    Bookings are not accepted for guests under 16 years. All outdoor food and drink venues are unavailable during April.

    Great birthday surprise for Auntie and close friends and family.. Attended the NAPA Plaza Hotel great hospitality and Management Andri and staff. Helped with surprise cake and bottle of bubbly will definitely return.

    This hotel was close to be given a 3 star due to the very poor air-conditioning. People, a beach hotel must have a powerful aircon, even if it’s not summer time. We had read some reviews about it, but decided to try it anyway. And the minibar doesn’t cool anything either. Some reviewers also wrote that in some upgraded rooms everything works very fine. We made an upgrade indeed, having taken a pool view with balcony room, not the top one. Anyway, this cannot happen, even in the most inexpensive room, considering it’s a beach hotel. That said, I must say that everything else was flawless: wonderful breakfast, perfect location, convenient parking, lovely swimming pool and adequate gym. Towels were provided for beach and pool once a day. The manager on duty in the morning was very nice helping us to book a boat tour. The staff in general was only professional.

    We had another fantastic two weeks here all the staff are excellent especially the bar manager he always has a smile and makes us feel at home also all the staff at reception remembered us from last year always asked how we were and made us feel welcome This is a fantastic hotel very good food always very relaxing around the pool and pool bar thank you again and we will see you next year

    Napa Plaza is one of the centrally located hotel and everything within the walking distance. We stayed here for 9 nights and it was a very relaxed stay. Breakfast is good and recommended. Staff is friendly . Nicola was greeting us everyday and enquiringly on the stay. Steliana was a good girl serving us some food and drinks. Andreas Portas is a very nice guy and will keep smiling. He looks like a owner of the hotel 😁😁😁. He is very humorous and helpful. Keep it up and act like a owner 😁😁. Some good restaurants around- Try Farmers Travern one day, try Limanaki, Vasos, Queen Vic pub near beach with live music. Nice food. Fish Meze, Try Tony's home made food restaurant. Food is amazing in Cyprus. You have a live music with belly dancing just outside the hotel try that as well in the night. Best time is first three weeks of October. Less crowded nice 30 degrees temperatures less prices. Also the have some festivals going on during that time. You have one Indian restaurant Red Ruby which is excellent as well. Pool in the hotel is very good and relaxing. Rooms are nice . Take pool side view rooms. Sometimes the rooms are not cleaned up to the mark but it's fine . Hotel also needs some modern decor now though it's still in good condition. Overall a pleasant stay.

    Great hotel situated in the core of Ayia Napa. Very helpful and nice people working there. We had dinner included, but most days we switched it for lunch (no extra cost) to enjoy many restaurants instead. Have to point out that the lunch was pretty good every day. Rooms were fine and clean. Some ant problems in our room, but the staff fixed it in a heartbeat. Might stay again if we go to Ayia Napa another time. Would recommend it to anyone.
