There's a dress code here, men are asked to wear full-length trousers and closed shoes at dinner.

      The TUI Sensatori Play House comes complete with a Crazy Kitchen, Silly Science Lab and Arts & Crafts Zone. Supervised sessions for 4 to 12-year-olds are held six days a week for an hour or two at a time. Evenings, meanwhile, bring parties and movies a few times a week. Those travelling with little ones can use the facilities as a family in dedicated Stay and Play sessions, available seven days a week.

    Having been to many 4/5 star hotels in the past,this one was very good,but not the amazing hotel that the reviews led us to believe, the hotel is beautiful, clean,staff lovely, food lovely, We were in the adult section,block 2, I feel it's in need of a refurb as it's a bit dated,seeing other blocks as we walked around ours was definitely below par, The check in process was swift,I had asked for some sort of welcoming gift in room for my husband's birthday & our friends anniversary, we had a banner on both doors,bubbles,a cake & some chocolates so that was very welcome. We booked all the restaurants over the 2 weeks & visited some more than once,the Mexican was our favourite by far,spoons was very good too,plenty of choice. The drinks,cocktails were great too,the disappointing bit was that on 3 consecutive nights they ran out of Bailey's by 9.30pm,surely they must have more in the cellar? The big let down for me was the entertainment, we sat by the "activity " pool everyday,the only person from the entertainment team that did anything, got people up to play anything was Alex, he was amazing, the others were a waste of space,we got excited a couple of times when we would see someone come along,plug their phone into the speaker then proceed to just stand by the pool,no calling out,no dancing ,to get people's attention nothing,after about 10 mins they then unplugged their phone & walked off! The worst offender was the aqua board guy,he would come along,put the rope in the pool,attach the boards,stand by the side,the after 10 or so mins would pack it all away again!! On 3 or 4 occasions, 1 to 4 people actually got on the boards, no encouragement by him I may add,they just got on of their own accord! He the put the music on & told them what to do & stood there and watched!! On 2 occasions another guy did it & he actually dud the excerice with the guests which was amazing to watch. The evening entertainment, the main attraction was good,but it lasted for 45 mins!! 9.30 to 10.15, before & / or after there was a duo or a musician but that was it,everyone then dispersed, I've been to hotels where the entertainment starts around 8 & goes onto 11,with music,shows,singers,games etc,then the entertainment team would go around talking to guests till late,but this team were very few & far between, never really saw them around, apart from Alex, so well done to him . We did enjoy our holiday, even though it rained for the first few days, but it definitely needs to sort out the entertainment!!

    Spent 5 days here and had such a wonderful time.It's the best All Inclusive I've ever stayed in. Our room was a swim up in the Adult section. A huge room with loads of storage space and the bed was so, so comfortable. It was cleaned thoroughly each day and was sparkling. There is a mini bar which is constantly refilled, fresh coffee and other drinks. We have stayed in a few All Inc places but TBH prefer doing our own thing. However the Azul was wonderful. As a vegan I often struggle to get decent food but not a problem here. The buffet restaurant was fantastic with loads of options. But I think the main USP of the Azul is the staff. They are absolutely lovely, every single one we met. In particular Noel and his counterpart Vicente who started our day with a great welcome at breakfast and ensured we were kept topped up with coffee and mimosas! The service is really slick but friendly. Even when busy it feels like a restaurant not a canteen which I have experienced at other AI's. Food is regularly topped up and the selection is vast whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Mexican restaurant is a must, with Jesus acting as a superb Maitre' D'. Again great service and fun. We loved this place and would certainly stay again.

    We had nothing but a good time at this resort! The food was absolutely amazing! It is the food is exceptional by far the best we have ever had at any resort. It is gourmet and the chef and cooks take pride in what they serve and how they visually display the meals. The service was over and above. We used room service and it was always on time and delicious. The consierge is very helpful and happy to assist you. This place is very well organized and always welcoming. We had great staff who served us including Heriberto and Noel from the Spoon restaurant who we've gotten to know well. Along with Cezar at the Italian restaurant who we also got to know and enjoy his service. They all work very hard and aim to please. We recommend any hotel by Karisma!

    In one word....Amazing! Two weeks holiday in paradise. 🏝 weather perfect this time of year (December). Lots to do on and off site, you can do as little or as much as you like. We stayed in the adult only part of the complex. Staff are fantastic, they work so hard, extremely friendly and helpful, can’t do enough for you. Staff in the bars and restaurants were lovely and attentive. Special mention to ‘George’ (in Spoons) such a nice man. ‘Marina’ our housekeeping lady was “excellente”, really looked after us, nothing was to much trouble and our room was spotless. The entertainment team: Gio, Abbie, Angie and Alex were enthusiastic, fun and great to be around. They remember you all the time and not just in the activities. Had such a wonderful holiday. Would definitely recommend and come back again ❤️🙌🏼😎

    The TUI Sensatori - Azul beach resort in Cancun was amazing. This was my first 5 Star resort and it didn’t disappoint. There are many activities to participate in and the food was delicious. Bring a very fussy eater it was a concern for me, however I didn’t go hungry and if there wasn’t anything I hadn’t liked I was told the chef would be able to make me something specific - but this wasn’t necessary as there is such a variety of foods available breakfast, lunch and dinner! All of the staff at the resort are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, however, we have to give out a special shout out to Gio, Abi, Angie & Alex (the entertainment team - Gio and Angie pictured), the four are so funny and friendly and work very hard to keep the guests entertained. If you have an opportunity to, I would definitely recommend walking down to the beach before sunrise and watching the sun come up. Lastly, a special EXCELENTE! To Marina who cleaned our rooms - such a lovely character who made us laugh every single day. Regardless of the language barrier, we were able to spark a wonderful relationship and we will miss her very much!
