    The Grand Palladium White Sand Resort and Spa is set within sweeping tropical gardens, on the edge of a white-sand and a coral-rock beach. It’s so large that the hotel rents out Segways that you can use to zip from one place to another.

    The grounds are a magnet for wildlife, with racoons, capybaras and multi-coloured birds all making regular appearances. There’s even a lagoon filled with crocodiles – don’t worry, they’re fenced in.

    We have just come back from this amazing hotel. I would recommend it to anyone, The place is spotless Room was fantastic Entertainment team amazing Salvador and his female supervisor (sorry forgot her name) made sure we enjoyed our holiday All the staff always made sure we had no issues on the holiday and would do anything for you.

    This review comes long overdue but means that so much more now after having just visited another resort. The superior service my family and I received while on our 2018 Christmas vacation at the Grand Palladium White Sands by Sylvia Moo (apologies for any misspelling) was far superior than any service ever experienced at any other resort we have stayed at. She always wore a smile and was very attentive. If Sylvia is still there, White Sands, you are very luck to have her, as pool side service at other resorts pales in comparison to the one we experienced at your resort. Thank you Sylvia and hope that you are doing great! Walter, Sandra, Kathryn, Nicolas and Jonathan :)

    We love the large resort, been coming back 10 times already. This is a very clean, friendly place. We come 2 weeks at a time and never get bored. Too bad for the seaweed, but they take care of that very well . We tell all our friends and family about this place...highly recommended for families, and adults.

    This is our first visit to Mexico and I can honestly say that it has been fantastic . All staff are so friendly and helpful, the restaurants are excellent (especially the Japanese), the pools are clean and the grounds are amazing. If I was to find fault I would say the lunches in the canteens are a little disappointing. All rooms are clean, comfy and spacious with great air conditioning, would definitely recommend
    Fabulous time at White Sand Resort

    Travelled for last 2 weeks of school holidays in UK, had a great time from arrival in the lobby with drinks and a cold towel until check out. Food in all the restaurants was of a high quality and all the staff we met were friendly, helpful and efficient, in particular we enjoyed the Brazilian and Ribs restaurants and the salad bars were a great option in all restaurants and meant the children could always find something to take their fancy. As a family with younger children we made use of the swimming pools and particularly enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere at White Sands main pool over the main pool at Colonial which was busier in comparison.The spa facilities were good and also good value for the Zentropia massage the wife and I opted for as a treat for us both. Will definitely be recommending to our friends and will be looking to stay at White Sands again.
