Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the sea in this design-led restaurant, which has an extensive food display that allows you to pick and choose fresh ingredients for your meals. Mornings tick off international and Mexican hot dishes, cereals, breads and pastries, smoked salmon, meats and cheeses, and fruit, yoghurt and fresh juices. Lunch and sometimes dinner options include a build-your-own salad bar, chicken rotisserie, pizza oven, fresh pasta prepared in front of you, and chilled seafood that the chef will cook to order.
- Jade Asian restaurant

Big plates of food that are made for sharing are this pan-Asian restaurant’s speciality. Open for dinner, Jade serves speciality teas and has a menu that’s influenced by Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Vietnamese cooking. You can order things like tuna sashimi, chicken teriyaki, vegetable gyozas, prawn tempura, beef noodles, chicken massaman, mahi mahi with rice, and lobster curry.

There’s also a games room stocked with consoles, a ball pit, a soft play zone, and playrooms loaded with the latest toys – including one dedicated just to Lego. The club is supervised, but under-4s must be accompanied by a parent.

Little Eko Chefs introduces 4 to 12 year olds to gourmet dining and cooking. It was launched by the winner of the USA’s first ever Junior Masterchef winner, Alexander Weiss, and is held in the hotel-run kids’ club kitchen. Sessions see youngsters doing anything from chocolate making to sushi rolling.
