The Now Jade Riviera Cancun comes with a trio of huge beachfront pools. Swim-up bars and sunloungers are dotted along the sides. There are eight restaurants, six of which come with an à la carte tag. There’s a buffet restaurant if you want to keep things simple. Breakfast blends Continental bits with Mexican fare, so there’s everything from fresh pastries to spicy beef tortillas. At night, the spotlight’s on international cuisine.

Swim-up bars and infinity-style edges set the standard at the three pools. One is a walk-in number with hammocks strung up over the water, while the other two are criss-crossed by pretty wooden bridges.
Hot snacks are dished out at the pool bar between meals, and the fully-loaded burgers get top marks on TripAdvisor.
