We spent beautiful time at Thai restaurant. Food was great and our server Martin was very helpful and kind. It was worth all our time to be there.We want to especially thank for chef Mina, Pedro, Rogelio and Otoniel. Thank you for amazing time

We had an amazing time at The Fives mostly because of the Beach Butlers!! They are increible!! I want to especially point out the service given to us on the beach by Alejandro Pat, Bernabe Perez and Pedro Uc!! They are the best!! The Fives Club butlers are also great, especially want to give a nod to Eduardo/Oscar/Tiger. He is always there to get what you need and goes way beyond to make sure your stay at the Fives is great. I highly recommend.

Mayordomo / Butler Service

Not enough good things can be said of the Mayordomo Team / Resort Butlers at The Fives Beach Resort in Playa Del Carmen. My wife and I were married at the resort and we spent 6 days there. We will comment separately on the wedding and resort, but we wanted to specifically comment on the Butler Service because of how good we were treated. Thank you so much to Enrique Leyva, Carlos García, Pedro Varela, Pedro Saldaña, Joel Baltazar and Francisco Huerta. They single handily made our experience more amazing than we could have ever imagined. They were always very courteous, attentive and going out of their way and doing everything they could possibly do to make our experience wonderful. From their punctuality and professionalism to the little surprises they left us in our room, not a single complaint. By far the best part of the resort. I truly cannot thank them enough. 5 Stars, Gold Medal, 2 Thumbs Up, World Class Butler Service.

Don't stay here

It is an expensive hotel in return they don't offer what they "say they do". Apparently they are not very honest. 1. I parked my car in their garage and for my surprise, it was 15USD a day 2. My breakfast was included. However, I had to argue with them a couple of times in order to "proof" it 3. The housekeeping is not good 4. The breakfast isn't good and the service is terrible 5. They wanted to kick me off a day before my stay was over. I had to go through another argument with them Ps. The location is good and the pool is great. However, make sure you leave your tab open at the front desk in order to prevent giving out "proprinas" all the time.

Spent a fabulous holiday at the fives .faultless superb food excellent service staff friendly and helpful.rooms spotless. Big shout out to Antonio the fabulous shuttle bus driver! Also Guadalupe pool waitress and Ramiro poots,Alejandra and Julian the staff from Sea Olive Restaurant. Fabulous people helped make our trip to the Fives fantastic cant wait to return next year!
