    The Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun’s tropical at every turn – from the palm-fringed pool to the thatch-roofed bar that’s nestled by the beach.

    This hotel’s put a lot of thought in to its pool. It’s a plus-sized, split-level number, with submerged sunbathing platforms and a pretty waterfall. There’s a wide belt of blonde sand right next to it, too.

    Nobody’s going hungry here – the eating options cover all manner of flavours. There’s Argentinian and Mexican cuisine for starters, as well as an Italian trattoria and a sushi bar. For local delicacies, lively Cancun’s a half-an-hour drive away.

    Great place to relax

    We have stayed here on other occasions and thought the grounds, food and service were very good. Room 558 was spacious with a gorgeous ocean front view. A special thank you to Edwuar and Brian who were personable and hard workers in the lobby bar. Our favorite restaurant was San Telmo which was the only place where there were reservations. A person needs to go the day before between 2-3:00 to obtain a reservation. JJ was an excellent server. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and the unique and pretty rice welcome upon our arrival. Of course we will return!

    FACC is still a nice resort. FOOD:They have really added to the food options. The burger/grill area is nice with basics like burgers, hotdogs, nachos, etc. The cervicheria is awesome as well with great fish and shrimp tacos. I also really liked the outdoor pizza oven. the new indoor taco place has great tacos as well. The main Italian place is still really good as well. I would not recommend the steak house San Telmo as the reservation process can take an hour and the steak in the italian place was better. 24 room service included. ROOMS: comfortable beds and clean. WIFI is spotty at best. No smart tvs. ENTERTAINMENT: it was ok but not alot going on. Secrets the Vine had way more entertainment. POOLS: went in December and the pools are definitely heated. It can be tough to find loungers if busy and shade can be limited. BEACH: clean and wide. No seaweed this time. No beach bar. Overall the resort has improved but is not in the same class as secrets. It is just a nice mid level resort.

    The facility was top notch!! Clean rooms and common areas. Friendly staff everywhere you went. All requests were meet with a smile. Overall a fantastic experience. No reason to leave the hotel grounds, everything was available on site.
    Honeymoon At Fiesta Americana

    The wife and I decided to spend 4 days in Cancun for our Honeymoon! Amazing service, hospitality and food! The events every night kept us entertained, and the resorts attention to detail was astounding! The staff was very personable. Even with the difference in native tongue, the hotel staff over exceeded our expectations with communication. They even memorized our drinks to the point to where if we even whispered that we were thirsty they would appear with them in seconds. Chef Jonathan at El Mexicano along with servers Felix, Sebastian, and Alexis made our last night one to remember! Being from San Antonio I have had Texmex/Mexican food my entire life, but it could not compare to the flavor rich food that was served to us! I suggest extending your stay JUST to try the entire menu!!

    From the moment we arrived until we left we found the staff outstanding in the attention and anticipation of our needs. We enjoyed the many different types of foods available and they were all excellent. I do want to mentioned a restaurant that stood out for us among the rest, "Rosato", the Italian restaurant. When we first did research about the restaurant we notice several positive reviews regarding the steak house. The steak did met our anticipated expectations as well, but the Rosato restaurant turn out to be our favorite.Their food, presentation, taste and the ambiance and staff were outstanding. I wanted to recognize some of them by name and make sure you ask for them when you dine there. The Chef- Adrian, Manager- Carlos, Waiter -Leonardo and Hostess -Adriann. Because of our experience with them and the amazing weather, we will definitely return for a 2nd, 3rd, 4th ..... visit.
