The peaceful Hotel Kenzi Europa offers smart interiors, a fun pool scene, and a by-the-beach setting.
You’ll find this hotel along a leafy avenue in the downtown area of Agadir. It’s got a quiet setting, but it’s only a few steps away from shops and restaurants, and just a touch further from a sandy beach.
Looks-wise, this place is sleek and contemporary. The lobby bar features a glossy monochrome floor, electric blue walls and chrome pendant lights. Rooms, meanwhile, are dressed in deep purple and silver.

Cheap but really bad hotel
check in was very very slow, we could not hear anything because they music was so loud. restaurant has cats walking around. I went to complain but they looked at my strangely. Buffet is very limited and not tasteful at all. The room had insects all over and had bulbs which were out. Even this took ages to replace. You get no toiletries apart from shampoo. No hand towers, no body wash. basically the basics you would expect dont exist here. You have to complain again and again (to the hotel manager) and then something happens. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.More
Amazing holiday with family
Me, my husband, kids and parents have just returned from a holiday in Agadir and Marrakesh , staying at the Kenzi Europa. We traveled from Marrakesh to agadir on a bus ( it was every nice and comfortable) We arrived at 4pm and as soon as we got off of the taxi a porter was there to take our cases, he took us to the reception desk. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful and check in was a bit long as I had to fill in 6 forms. The porter then bought our suitcases to our rooms We had 3 rooms on the same floor. The only disappointing thing was that one room was in the other side and 2 rooms were next to each other. The room was really big abd clean and the beds were very comfortable and really big , fairly large bathroom, lots of wardrobe space, a fridge, a safe and every room has a balcony. The bar area is small however always welcoming. We were all inclusive so coke and tea n coffee was served until 11pm Breakfast – Omelettes (freshly made) Moroccan pancakes also made fresh and there is a man outside the dining area making freshly squeezed orange juice from 6am until 10am There are fried and boiled eggs, beans, toast, tomatoes, pastries, bread, jam, cereal, fruit and yogurt and tea and coffee. The pool area was constantly cleaned and the ‘pool boys’ were great once they got to know you. You would have to get a pool towel with a deposit of 100dhs ( like you will run away with the towel) in order to reserve a sun bed you need to place a towel on them. If you come to the pool at 12 then no sun beds available. There was entertainment round the pool every day, aqua aerobics, darts, and a table tennis table which was available to use whenever you wanted. There was also a cooking lesson that showed you how to make the traditional tagine and Moroccan tea. The entertainment team were also very good for answering any questions you have as their English was very good Lunch – burgers, quiche, Paninis a different selection of meat, fish and sausages being cooked outside this varied daily. A large selection of salads, chips, pizza and pasta, desserts including ice cream – so something for everyone. Around 4pm each day around the pool there were pancakes and pastries with chocolate sauce. Dinner – Salad, pasta, selection of meats, paella, tagine, soup, breads, with pancake rolls, beef stir-fry, noodles etc. There was always a selection of desserts and even a chocolate fountain one evening. There was different entertainment every evening, performed and organised by the animation team this was magicians, snake charmers, belly dancing, karaoke & a cabaret show. The animation team was amazing! Huda was very welcoming in the kids club and my daughter yusra loved her. She did face painting for her and played games The hotel had its own privet beach which is a five minute walk away.!!along the promenade there are lots of restaurants and shops. The majority of restaurants have entertainment and the are lounges round the corner to smoking shisha. If you are going to visit the Souk al had (large market – great experience £1.40 in a taxi) The taxi driver will try and take you some where else but u need to tell them souk al had gate 8 In regards to the weather, it was around 29 to 30 degrees daily it went up to 33 degrees one day however the hotter it gets the more overcast it. My whole family had a amazing time at kenzi europa and are defo returning back in March. The staff and the hospitality was amazing More
Visited this hotel for 11 nights with my husband hotel check in was smooth cases taken to our room by the porter for a small tip.. room was spotless and spacious but no drawers and very few coat hangers we requested a kettle which wasn’t in the room but was rectified quickly in the morning.Breakfast was fine for us as we like eggs bit limited if you don’t, staff in the dining room were always polite and efficient.Mornings were always cloudy so we took the time to explore outside which is an experience but we always felt safe visited the souk opposite and did some haggling and also went to uniprix where everything is priced so no need to haggle. The pool area was cleaned daily and plenty of sun beds the entertainment staff were lovely.lunch was really nice plenty to choose from...however dinner wasn’t the best we aren’t fussy eaters but appreciate quality food everything tasted the same and struggled to enjoy any of our evening meals. The entertainment at night was awful they really need to sort some quality out of house acts to bring in.Bar service was often very slow this could be sorted out by putting coffee and soft drink stations about to help yourself. All in all a good holiday but wouldn’t go back because of the food.More
We went with our parents, and our two young children
Excellent hotel in terms of cleanliness of rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and the entertainment was great. Food was a huge disappointment as per other reviews too! We aren't very fussy and we had to order in every night of our stay (half board), we were also very surprised that drinks weren't included at dinner. Breakfast was great though. Very disappointed that on ringing reception to notify them regarding the air conditioning not working that they were switched off and were only put on during the summer, considering the other room had ac on! On ringing a few times to stress that the children were unsettled we were told it would come on within the hour, this was true although there was hardly any air coming out of the ac. Hoping our last few days go as smoothly as possible.More
