Best time to go to Red Sea and Sinai
In summer, you’re likely to get readings of at least 28˚C from the thermometer and heats of up to 40˚C in heat waves at the height of the season. The Red Sea and Sinai area is sunny all year round. Summers see 12 hours of sunshine, while winters get around 8. Rain is a rarity. If showers happen, they’re most likely to occur in December or January. Talking of winter, daytime temperatures rarely fall below 14˚C, but it can get a bit colder at night, so you should pack a couple of cardigans if you’re visiting at this time of year.
