There’s a main buffet restaurant at Sol Dunas Resort serving international cuisine, and a snack bar, too. If you fancy a tipple you can take your pick from five bars. There are three main pools and a separate spot for children to take a dip. There are hotel-run clubs for children and teenagers, a splash park and a playground. Treatments* are available at the spa and there’s a gym, too, both located at the adjoining Melia Dunas Resort.

Everything from table tennis to basketball is on the daytime line-up. The pool’s the setting for in-water aerobics, while the beach hosts volleyball. Games consoles, a big play area and a mini-cinema round things off.

Five bars mean there are lots of options for drinks. Musicians and magicians take to the amphitheatre’s stage of an evening, once the mini-disco’s wrapped up.
- Kids' Club
The kids' club caters for little ones, aged 5 to 12 years-old. There are loads of activities laid on by the hotel staff, including mini disco, mini aqua gym, snorkelling and team games.
- Mini kids' club
The baby club caters for ages 6 months to 4-years-old. The little ones can enjoy mini-discos, mini-buffets and films in the mini-cinema, along with a variety of other activities.
- Teens club
13 to 17-year-olds can head to the teen club, where the staff lay on a variety of activities to keep them entertained. There are DJ classes, video games, karaoke, football tournaments and films in the mini-cinema, along with plenty of other activities.
The pool scene's worth shouting about – there are three to choose from, along with lots of space for topping up your tan.The littlest guests have their own pool to dip into, not to mention a pirate-themed splash zone. Older children can make use of the spiralling slides and the multi-lane racer.
