Set more or less in the middle of Morocco's Atlantic coastline, Rabat is Morocco's political and administrative capital and the official residence of the King. Set in a rich, amber-coloured landscape, dotted with distinctive nettle trees, it combines ancient history with modern culture. On arrival, you’ll stop at the King’s Palace for an exterior visit. Then step back in time as you take in exterior views of the Roman ruins of Chellah, Hassan Tower and go inside the Merinides Necropolis. Then, you’ll head to the prestigious Mohamed V Mausoleum, considered to be the 8th wonder of the world. Finally, make one last stop at the Andalusian Gardens of the Kasbah of Oudayas, which date back to 17th-century.
