History and Spanish cuisine are combined on this three-hour tour of Cartagena. Work up an appetite with a spot of sightseeing at the city’s ancient Roman theatre, which once held 6,000 spectators. There’s a museum attached where you can learn about the restoration project that’s made the theatre the tourist hotspot it is today. Then, go and try and some typical Spanish tapas. You’ll visit three different bars and try lots of these small dishes – like tortilla – AKA potato omelette – seafood paella, serrano ham and calamari. You’ll learn all about the different regions of Spain and how the cuisine differs in each one, too.
