You’ll take in more than a slice of Amsterdam’s culture today. A 45-minute drive will find you in the city centre, where you’ll begin your tour of the must-sees. A trio of museums are on the agenda – the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum and the Maritime Museum. And you’ll also pass by the Royal Zoo. Afterwards, you’ll make for the canal side, and board your sightseeing cruise. As you go, keep your camera pointed at the one-of-a-kind architecture. When the bulk of Amsterdam was built in the 17th century, the lack of space led to houses being extremely slim. Halfway through, you’ll be served a pizza lunch, and there’ll be unlimited drinks flowing, too – including beer, wine and soft drinks. Later on, you’ll have around three hours to explore Amsterdam under your own steam.
