This river cruise follows a curving path through the heart of Seville. The Guadalquivir’s the only river of its size in Spain that’s navigable by boat, and you’ll board one down at the pier for this excursion. Look out for the Torre del Oro as you coast along – it’s one of the most iconic landmarks in the city. This 13th-century tower once had a partner on the opposite bank, and helped anchor a chain that could block the river. The white-and-gold La Maestranza bullring and pretty, tree-lined Calle Betis are also among the sights. Bridges criss-cross above you as you sail along, leading to Cartuja Island and the red-roofed old town. Just so you know, you’ll join the 'Seville On Your Own' transfer in order to travel to and from this trip. Once in Seville you’ll need to make your own way to the pier at Torre del Oro. Departures run every 30 minutes. The cruise lasts for approximately 1 hour and the rest of the time is free time to explore Seville.
