If you’re craving some beach time, this trip is for you. A 10-minute minibus ride along the coast from the port will take you to one of the most popular patches of sand in Grenada. You’ll be heading to Grand Anse Beach, where you’ll find clear waters and sugar-soft sand bordered by sea grape plants, almond trees and huts serving up food and drinks. The beach unravels along the shoreline for nearly two kilometres, so you’re sure to find somewhere to lay down your towel. Umbrellas and loungers are available to hire, too. You’ll have around three hours to top up your tan – don’t forget your suncream.
- SUITABILITY Little physical activity.
