Today, you’ll board an open-air road-train for a ride around one of Bermuda’s most-visited attractions, the Royal Naval Dockyard. Along the way, a knowledgeable conductor will share stories, anecdotes, and titbits of the island’s history with you. Highlights in the expansive Dockyward area include the historical Watford Bridge, the Royal Naval Cemetery, and the white sands of Mangrove Bay. Plus, in the heart of the Dockyard, you’ll spot the famous twin clocktowers. They were built in the 1850s, and stand at 100 feet tall. Nowadays, a popular shopping centre occupies the clocktower building.
