My Hyatt stay in Dubai
Advertised as cost per Room but we had to pay Per Persons - for My wife and I Charged extra costs excuses that was for food for 2 overriding the webpage statement that booking is done for rooms and not per person. !! ? Also we had several times to ask for the room to get cleaned as they didn’t do it daily automatically More
Top notch luxurious treatment
Excellent vibe of the hotel from the staff, to the laundry service, the breakfast buffets, variety of restaurants and the pool staff to the sheesha guy Mohammed. Amazing service and beautiful atmosphere. More
Luxurious, just crowded
Apparently this hotel is very popular with businessmen and also travellers from Gulf Region (esp. Saudi Arabia). That translates into a very luxurious hotel, but super big and crowded. You always see huge crowds there. The room is exquisite and spacious, luxurious in an unbelievable level. No negative comments on the room. There is a number of restaurants, all good quality and expensive. The buffet one is not worth the price if you ask me; but I would definitely love to go to the amazing steak house again. If you like luxury and do not mind a crowded hotel, go for it. The price, just like many other options in Dubai, is reasonable for what you get.More
The team at Grand Hyatt genuinely make you feel welcome, the best Indian in Dubai @ IZ, fantastic Club Lounge team, and not forgetting the Spa, a place to go an relax, nothing too much for the great loyal staff and management, just ask !More
The staff was always friendly and willing to help in anyway. You will always receive a smile from them. The food was amazing; I think I might have gained weight as a result, but completely worth it. I absolutely loved the garden and the care they took to keep it looking pristine. More
