Once again a lovely holiday.
It is very rarely that I can fault this Hotel, I have now been visiting for over 30 years. But this year I find the entertainment is just terrible, I have said many times please sort out The Bella Vista Restaurant food. It is so easy, you use cold plates for cold food and Hot plates for Hot food. Please take note and make my visits even better. I will be returning in October.More
Relaxing holiday in Tenerife
Needed a week in the sunshine along with a great hotel. I also paid for the privilege package at this hotel and its well worth it, The staff are super friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and well looked after. Will be using it again.More
Great hotel in a very good position next to the beach and the local shops. The staff are very welcoming and polite all the time. The food is faultless and having a few different choice restaurants also helps break the dining experience up. Theres complimentary wifi. Towels require a deposit of €15 and depending on the board basis safes are available at a cost of €18 for a week. The fridge had pop and water in but was never refilled even though we were all inclusive which I don't get. Being a brit we like a kettle in the room but again this would require a further upgrade. Overall our experience here was fabulous and would highly recommend. Would we return... yes! More
My Husband and I spent a week in this Hotel and everything was brilliant. The staff were really friendly. Our room was on the second floor and it overlooked the sea, the balcony not only had a table and chairs, but it was also large enough for 2 sun lounges. We had nothing to complain about. Our holiday did not go to plan as I had an accident (my fault)resulting in me being admitted to hospital the hotel staff were exceptional and courteous at all times, this includes 2 courtesy telephone calls from Ana (Guests relations). Frequent requests for updates when my Husband visited reception. We were so really happy with the service and concerns shown by hotel staff that we will definitely be going back to this hotel again.More
Date of stay: 5th May - 12th May. First impressions of this hotel upon arrival were excellent due to the stunning interior of the reception area and the politeness and helpfulness of check in staff. We were the only people to arrive at that time so check in was obviously very quick. Whilst checking in we were informed that our room had been upgraded to a junior suite, courtesy of the hotel - a lovely touch that made our holiday even more enjoyable as the room was beautiful with its own living area and view of the pool. The food at the hotel was excellent in our opinion. There was so much choice and everything was kept hot and replaced regularly - I can’t understand some of the bad reviews I’ve seen regarding the food, I’m not sure what some people expect in a hotel of this size that has to cater for so many people and regularly replace the food when it’s run out. There’s also a few other restaurants within the hotel but we didn’t use these so can’t comment on the quality - we were hoping to use the tepanyaki restaurant but it was fully booked for the duration of our stay. Rooms were kept clean, towels replaced when we wanted them to be and pool area was lovely. The ONLY gripes we had with the hotel were very small - we felt the air conditioning in our room was very poor and barely made a difference, though thankfully the room never became unbearable. The WiFi was also quite poor in our room and by the pool area and drinks from the poolside bar weren’t great - 7.50 euros for a very weak disaronno and coke. Overall this is a great hotel in a fabulous location and we hope to return in the future.More
