Hotel H10 Conquistador
Everything is done with style at the Hotel H10 Conquistador. You’ve got a lagoon-like pool, flowering palm gardens, and sleek interiors.
This hotel is set in tropical gardens just across the boardwalk from Playa de las Americas. It means you get widescreen views of the sea, and you’re only ever a stone’s throw from the town centre.
Style-wise, the hotel is modern and elegant. The lobby is all white and marble, and is finished with swish, oversized ottoman seats. Rooms are styled in contemporary colours like off-white, cocoa, and olive green.

Mixed review of this hotel
I stayed here for 3 nights with my friend as a short getaway. This hotel has good and bad points:- Good points Nice big clean hotel away from all the noise and party. But close enough to the action to walk too. Upon arrival we was upgraded to the privilege suites on floor 7. Which was a nice room with good views of the sea and pool area. The room was cleaned when we requested also. This would have been every day if we wanted. The reception team was very polite and helpful. The pool area and sun beds were also nice. Bad points Beds very uncomfortable. Air con didn’t work. We stayed all inclusive. This was a complete waste of time. We wasn’t allowed to eat at there restaurants as we were only staying for 3 days? You can only eat there if you stay a week? If I knew this I wouldn’t have stayed here. We was allowed buffet food only. The buffet food was 5/10. Some fresh food being cooked. They do pasta dishes. Spag Bol with no beef? I had a steak on one of the nights which was good. Also the desserts were good. As for the drinks in the all inclusive. You can only have certain drinks. Which are hard to get. You have to stand by the bar. One of the bar staff was really good. The young guy with blonde hair 10/10. The lady with the short dark hair was so rude and grumpy it wasn’t good. I would not stay here again and would advise people not to stay all inclusive if you do. More
Great hotel, lovely facilities and location
We stayed here for 1 week all inclusive in October 2019 via Jet2. The hotel is lovely, we have previous stayed at the H10 Palmeras twice so were worried the Conquistador would not be as great. But it was lovely, the hotel itself seemed bigger than Las Palmeras and we ate at 2 of the themed restaurants included in our all inclusive package, the Steakhouse and the Italian. There is also a Tepenaki restaurant but book early for this as it gets booked up quickly. Both meals in the Italian and Steakhouse were superb. We also had included in our all inclusive the cabaret evening in Senses restaurant this was a great show and the food was lovely. We also ate at the buffet restaurant for both lunch and dinner and the food was always warm, well presented with an endless selection which changed every night. Staff throughout our stay were helpful and attentive. The evening entertainment was excellent, we particularly liked the MowTown group. We booked a sea view room and were located on the 4th floor. The location of the hotel is great you can walk up the hill to the shops by Las Palmeras or down to the Safari shops which are more upmarket. You can also access the beautiful sea view walk straight out the back of the hotel and can walk along to Los Cristanos on the left and Adeje on the right. We love this part of Las Americas and you would have no idea you are 10 mins from the Veronicas end. Taxi's to Siam Mall were only 5 euro each way (or there is a free bus which stops nearby) and to the Market in Los Cristanos we got a taxi there for 4 euro then walked back which only took us around 20 / 25 mins along the seafront walk. We also went on a wine tour and visited some of the villages along the way and found some amazing cakes in Vilaflor at Dulceria Vilaflor.. We will defiantly be back again. It will be hard to choose between the Las Palmeras and Conquistador as they are both excellent, but the Conquistador might just edge it as its location down by the Safari shops is great and is closer to the beaches.More
BE PREPARED TO INTERROGATED
My wife and myself stayed at the H10 Conquistador in September 2018 for 2 weeks for which we give it a good review, at the time there was building work going on in the pool area which did not spoil our holiday. This year 2019 we stayed at other hotel nearby, so one Sunday morning when walking past the H10 I walked in the reception to see what improvements had been made. On leaving the hotel I was interrogated by the security guard and asked for my ID card, when I told him the reason I went in the foyer he accused me of looking for the toilets or restaurant to use and ordered me off the property in a very aggressive way. I wrote to H10 hotels about this issues and was told by a director that I did not have permission to enter the hotel so the guard was doing his job. We will not be entering a H10 hotel as a paying guest or with their permission again.More
Great location great food
Myself and my daughter shared a room for her 30th birthday trip recently. The room was pleasant, not over large. There was a balcony which was just enough room for 2. We slept well the sound-proofing was good. The breakfasts were amazing, everything you could possibly want and more! Even caviar and prosecco - delicious. Pool area was very busy (beginning October). Even though there were signs everywhere about not reserving beds, everyone did! (Except us, as I don't think it's fair). Myself and my daughter found the other guests, on the whole, unfriendly. People didn't talk to each other, either around the pool, or at breakfast. The reception staff were matter of fact. The only friendly staff were the cleaning staff and the porter who took our cases when we arrived. So that was disappointing. Usually I chat to other guests, but this just wasn't happening! The location of the hotel was great. A lovely sea view at the back & a gate to the path along the coast. The front was near lots of pubs and restaurants. I think the holiday would have been better if we'd have been a bigger group, then we could have talked to each other (ie boys and girls mix).More
