Hotel H10 Conquistador
Everything is done with style at the Hotel H10 Conquistador. You’ve got a lagoon-like pool, flowering palm gardens, and sleek interiors.
This hotel is set in tropical gardens just across the boardwalk from Playa de las Americas. It means you get widescreen views of the sea, and you’re only ever a stone’s throw from the town centre.
Style-wise, the hotel is modern and elegant. The lobby is all white and marble, and is finished with swish, oversized ottoman seats. Rooms are styled in contemporary colours like off-white, cocoa, and olive green.

Haven’t been yet
Hello we haven’t actually been on our holiday yet, as far as it goes we are still due to fly out on the 6th August. Can anybody advise on how far away the water park is from the hotel please ? We are quite nervous about going in the current climate but I’m sure everything will be put in place for everybody’s safetyMore
H10 conquistador hotel ( privilege)
I have stayed at most of the 5* hotels in Tenerife but none beats H10 Conquistador I all ways pay a bit extra for the upgrade to privilege its truly well worth it ... I’ve been 5 times now I highly rate this great hotel and lovely staff You must try the privilege upgrade I’m booking for September More
We have been visiting the Conquistador for over 20 years, so clearly they are doing some things right! That doesn't mean there isn't room for improvement so my remarks are mainly directed to the hotel so they can make the small tweaks that could make it outstanding. The location is fantastic close to the beach & shops from supermarkets to high-end jewellers via clothing, perfumeries etc. Reception can be hit & miss, our check-in was quick but inadequate, needing a couple of return visits with our passports! The bedrooms are compact with little wardrobe space so don't bring your whole wardrobe with you. The privilege rooms are just the same as the ordinary ones if this is your concern. My constant plea throughout the years has been for a couple of hooks, say, behind the door to accommodate outdoor coats for winter visitors. This should be relatively cheap & so easy to achieve. Please? Doing my hair each evening was difficult because there was a distinct lack of mirrors in the room. Swap one of the pictures for a mirror? The room cleaning was reasonable given the short time the ladies have to service each room but it was very random in its timing, annoying that we were almost always last, thus spoiling our potentially relaxing siesta time. maybe they could be encouraged to apply a more logical rota? We visited just as the Covid virus was hitting the island and measure were in place to help keep us safe ie hand sanitiser. The restaurant food was good considering the numbers they have to serve and the staff there unfailingly charming. I can't imagine anyone being unable to find their preferred breakfast there. We found the toasters to be erratic - as were fellow guests using them! We sunbathed each day and there was sufficient space & loungers. The entertainment team worked hard although we didn't participate. We didn't use the lobby bar but we did notice our favourite bartender Pedro was back.More
Just returned from what was to be a two week stay but because of virus had to cut short holiday. Despite the hotel going into lockdown and eventually having to close all together from today 23 March the staff were brilliant. They are all out of jobs as of today but they really were worth the praise they received. They never stopped smiling and entered into banter with guests. They kept the guests in high spirits. The food was still of a very high standard and although the special restaurants were closed choice and quality still very good. Standards were not dropped and i look forward to returning very soon. Deserves a five star rating.More
This place, without question was the worst hotel I’ve ever visited, drunken, abusive staff who had no time to help or in any way assist our young disabled colleague Jack, we explained from the beginning that he had Tourette’s syndrome and was likely to have the occasional outburst. They frog marched him with excessive force throughout the whole four days of our stay. This man is a young, happy go lucky guy who just has a slight problem with saying things out loud. Safe to say, no one from our party will ever frequent this dump againMore
