Very nice hotel and superb food!
All in all a very nice hotel. Some small and easy improvements like fixing the minigolf holes a bit and cleaning the tenniscourt (was very slippery) and so on would be very welcomed. We had a very nice time at this hotel. We had all-inclusive and stayed mostly at the hotel all the time. The location is a bit far from everything..More
Our sixth visit. A great place for an out of season break as it is spacious and not too many children. Food was even better than last visit. Hotel was clean comfortable and relaxing. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. More
Travelling with a teenager with autism can be challenging as he doesn’t always follow the same social codes as everyone else. But the staff at this hotel made it so easy. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. More
Flies, cockroaches and cheap plonk!
Different holiday experience here- very much a family resort with a distinct: 'stack them high and sell them cheap' feel to it- not to my personal taste. Lots of flies everywhere and lots of dirty dishes/plates hanging around outside main bars on tables outside. All inclusive, but on self service pumps - quality not good and again cheap. Upgraded to a superior suite but still quite shoddy/dirty and all furnishings simply white rather than dark wood colour! Bathroom door does not close at all as frame too small for the door (bizarre). Cockroaches in wardrobe. Would seriously consider NOT booking all inclusive again as find queueing for substandard vodka/gin demeaning and drinks on pumps cheap too. On plus side - staff in restaurant are A1 at clearing dining tables, serving any water and wine and generally helping big family groups. Reception staff also very personable and helpful. Setting of Hotel, though sprawling and difficult to navigate around, also in scenic setting:).More
Nice all-inclusive hotel with plenty of activities
Spent one week with my 12 year old son, and had good time! The location is great, as Los Gigantes is not the mosts crowded hotel areas on Tenerife, but still easily reachable. (Unfortunately, also Los Gigantes will eventully be filled with hotels side-by-side, making the surroundings less attractive). The rooms and food are good for the price, and the good side: the activities. More than enough to spend a week with a kid, especially if you spend 1-2 days visiting some attractions, or trekking on Volcano Teide, as we did What a great outdoors experience! One improvement idea: in the restaurents, various food allergies could be taken better into consideration. For example: lactose, gluten and other allergetic ingredients were not too well visible, and it is not feasible to ask the staff, as there are >100 options in the buffet.More
