Fun packed holiday amazing time
Loved every minute so much to do, never get bored. Wished we had booked a fortnight. Hv staff, kids club, swim academy, pool activities, didn’t get chance to do everything. The widget show and mascots well worth a watch More
Not long been back from an amazing 10 day holiday. Could not fault the hotel for anything. Perfect family holiday lots to do for any age. Food and drinks were amazing lots of choice and a different theme every night. Hotel is very well looked after and incredibly clean. Entertainment team are brilliant and go above and beyond. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely be returning in the near further. I really don’t understand how this amazing hotel is not 5 stars, well done to all the team you really do this holiday village proud. Thank you so much for an amazing holiday More

Great Family Hotel
Our third time in this hotel, so obviously a bit of a hit with the family! Two adults, a 12 and a 9 year old in a superior sea view room. Great view of the Atlantic and La Gomera and a hint of the famous cliffs. Plenty of room. The kids slept on sofa beds in the lounge area, the adults in the double bedroom. Good sized bathroom in between. Although to be fair, with so much going on, we didn’t spend much time in our room. Sole criticism of the room was the noise from the adjacent road. There’s a buffet restaurant in the main hotel for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is plenty of choice of the usual fair, with freshly made pancakes and omelettes available. Dinner is themed. Mexican, Chinese, Sea Food, and Spanish nights etc. All were popular, except Sea Food. Not one of our family faves. There’s a separate buffet restaurant for lunch and a snack bar open much of the day. There’s plenty of all inclusive drink stations offering soft drinks including slushes, Pepsi, 7-Up etc, alcoholic drinks, hot drinks, etc. You can also get ice cream much to my daughter’s delight. There are two main pool areas. One quiet, one not. Plenty of action by the not quiet pool organised by the staff. Aquazorbing, canoeing, etc. The staff are great, very friendly, organising plenty to keep everyone engaged if they want. Away from the main pool there’s a splash zone and a covered soft play area. There’s also a high ropes. Free, but you need to register the day before. And crazy golf. And loads of other stuff, more than we could fit in in a few days. If you run out of things to do on site, unlikely. Then it’s a short walk to Playa de la Arena beach. It’s downhill to the beach, uphill back. In the evening there’s entertainment. Our son liked The Marx Brothers show, our daughter didn’t. So mixed reviews. In conclusion, great place to stay, plenty to do on site. Good food. Good accommodation. Excellent activities. No doubt we’ll be back.More
