There's plenty going on here with show cooking, carving stations, a SENSFresh salad bar and al fresco dining. Twice a week, there's themed evenings. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And just so you know, gentlemen are asked to wear full-length trousers and a shirt for dinner.
The pool offers panoramic views of the sea. Sunbeds, parasols and showers are all available. And towels can be hired for a deposit.

Norovirus still in area
Yes we got it my husband within 24 hours of arriving and then myself a day later ,informed the Tui rep and she couldn't have cared at all saying call the doctor and stay in the room for 3 days ,on the other hand the hotel were great offering extra room cleaning and clean sheets and towels twice a day also sent someone up to make sure we were ok and sent anything to room we wanted so thank you to them ,Tui only want you to book trips they wont help you , if you do get it go to the local chemist ,they will sell you a antibotic which was our lifesaver . Not sure where this bug comes from as the hotel is spotless but when my husband got it we hadn't left the hotel although there is a strong smell of sewage in the town on many occasions . This is our 4th visit to the hotel as it is just what we want in a holiday , the staff certinaly make it they are so polite ,professional and happy from the chambermaids upwards , We had two weeks at the hotel and our second week was lovely and we enjoyed all aspects of the hotel and always found something we could eat as still felt a bit delicate. The area has a lot of road works which we understand will be going on for some time but noise kept to a minimum just a bit dusty. Inspite of a horrid first week we did enjoy our time in this lovely hotel would we come for a fifth time ,not sure especially if the bug is around again next year as it does seem to arrive every year .More
Stayed here for a week. Beautiful hotel. The pool area is really relaxing. All rooms are spacious modern and contemporary. The service is excellent. It's very clean and the staff are Really friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Can't wait to visit again.More
Great place, incredible views and sunsets, a very quiet place to rest, Excellent location, very good rooms, I would like to HIGHLIGHT the attention of one of the waiters, a young boy named Jan Frank made us spend the best moments in the bar, and where we always looked with a smile , apart from preparing the best Martini expresses and mango daiquiris that we have takenMore
Christmas and New Year in the Sun
Bit disappointed with this holiday. As our plane was delayed, all inclusive drinks were closed when we got there, we were even expected to pay for water. Payed extra for tea etc in room-not there. Booked a sea view and had to move rooms on Christmas day to get one. Christmas day was just the same as any other NO celebration. Celebration on New Year but because of the layout of the room only a few people could access it-not thought through twice as many people could have been in the room if the seating was given a bit of thought.Lovely sun lounger area- ACROSS the ROAD- but people were waiting outside the locked gate to put their OWN towels down half an hour before the gate opened.(Buy, bring or hire your own towel as they are not provided) Food good, service good but if you are looking for a bit of luxury for a holiday break- although it is not cheap- this is not the holiday for you!More
One Week Summer Break in June
Only getting time to do a review on last year’s holiday but this may still be useful for those who are about to head off on vacation over the next few weeks or months. My wife and I actually stayed here on 3-10 June 2018 (not July as date may show up for this review). The hotel/suites we wanted to stay in were not available so we made another choice of hotel, although in the same village (Los Gigantes) and ended up choosing the TUI Hotel Sensimar Los Gigantes. After a delayed flight and transfer of over one hour we finally got to the hotel and check-in was quick at the hotel for the group of people who got off the coach. We had an initial group induction/orientation session with the manager while our cases were taken to our room. Some food was still available from the evening dinner but a bit cold although that was because it was near 10pm and not the hotel's fault (just our delayed journey). We had a second-floor room overlooking the pool and sea (which we had already paid the extra fees for). This was a great view although our balcony seemed a bit closed in with other balconies built around us but it still served its purpose for the times that we used it. We were half board and food for breakfast and evening meals was good with a wide variety of choice. We also ate at the food bar next to the pool at lunch time and this offered things like pizzas, fish and chips and other similar lunch time offerings. These would have cost approximately 20Euros for two people with a soft drink or beer each. Rooms were comfortable with all the facilities that we needed for our stay. However, there was only an opaque glass screen to separate the toilet/shower room from the bedroom rather than having a separate room with doors to give you more privacy if you needed it. Evening entertainment was good and staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated at the heart of the village so you are close to the bars and restaurants/cafes and right on the coastline. The rooms were clean and the pool areas were quiet and relaxing. Set activities created some exercise and entertainment for those who wanted to participate in them. The hotel is for adults only and they mainly ranged from 20's up to 70's with the bulk of people being about 35-55 going by my estimate. About 95-98 percent of people staying here were from England/GB so English would be the dominant language here, at least when I stayed here anyway. There were a few other nationalities as well. Overall, and given this was not our first choice of hotel at that time, we still enjoyed our stay in this hotel and if we see the right deal again then we would stay here again.More
