This luxury hotel overlooks the sea with great views of the harbour. A promenade leads into Los Cristianos – roughly 15 minutes’ walk away – and stretches onwards to Playa de las Americas.

Great hotel, but poor disabled bathroom
This was the second time we had stayed at the Arona Gran Hotel, and I'm glad to report that standards were as excellent as last year. The breakfast buffet is quite superb, with every kind of food imaginable, and has its own fresh orange juice squeezing machine which turns out the best juice ever! The only problem is that the disabled bathrooms are dangerous: the floors are marble, extremely slippery when wet and with no shower curtains to stop water getting everywhere. I really don't think these would pass British Health & Safety regulations; that aside, this is a wonderful hotel and we will most assuredly return.More
We had a fantastic stay here with Jet2holidays the rep was brilliant. Had a lovely seaview room close to lifts. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and our cleaners were fantastic. What let it down for us though was the restaurant. When you managed to find a table it wasn't set and although lots of food was available it was never on one station you had to go here, there and everywhere for it. Breakfast was a prime example Bacon, one food station. Eggs on another. Sausage, where's that oh yes around the other side. Was giving up on beans then spotted them. By the time I'd sat down food was going cold same in the evening More
