wonderful 14 days of bliss Sept into October
We had a suite on the 2nd floor at front of hotel beautiful views and sunsets the hotel is fantastic. Staff - Christina we cannot believe you had only been there a couple of weeks you were so full of fun and energy often throwing yourself into it (Ha Ha) you will remember casino night when all of us around your blackjack table had a different way of playing the game we laughed till we cried. You were a bundle of energy and we missed you on your days off. Micky, Al, and Coco, again great and likewise you made us laugh so much. I am sure I have come back fitter than when I went thanks to Coco and Christina and have found my mojo for the winter. The Hotel food exceptional good, room lovely and clean, like the rest of the hotel of course lovely location. We will be back next year and it shows how good the hotel is as we met several people who were there same time as us last year thanks to all the staff from the ladies with the mops who had time to say good morning and a quick chat always smiling through to the management not to forget the spa where we had a lovely massage as a treat. You run this hotel to make all guests feel welcome and give them what type of holiday they want Our thanks to you all M and KMore
Hot & Cold
First off we had a great holiday in a very good hotel. Place was very clean , staff were very helpful and polite. Pool area was very good with sun beds always available although having a 2 hour towel changing window during the day only every other day is quite restrictive. Animation team were very good but not in your face if you just wanted to chill. Evening shows were watchable and went down well once the acts got going. Best thing about the hotel however was the food. There was a really good selection, well cooked and we never got bored of going in. The jewel in the crown was the a la carte restaurant which being there for 7 nights we got to visit twice and the food was exceptional. Everything wasn’t perfect however. Whilst the rooms (ours was 210) were comfortable, clean and a good size , our bathroom was very disappointing. There was hardly ever any hot water , even though we reported it ; the shower tray leaked onto the bathroom floor (unless we plugged it with a bath mat) : the bath towels at times had holes in them and the shower cubicle just had a mixed shower gel / shampoo which was of poor quality and not great at dispensing - not a bathroom you would expect in a 4* hotel. The other disappointing thing was there was no fresh cocktails available , just ones premade out of a slush puppy type machine - again not something expected from a hotel of this standing. Whilst there was some negatives which I suggest the hotel resolves , these didn’t detract from a very enjoyable holiday but make the difference between my 4* rating and giving it a 5.More
take me back
What can i say that hasnt already been said.... what a fantastic hotel this is , wonderful staff , especially the animation team, so friendly ,always had a little chat to you as they were passing by your sunbed. we joined in a few of the activities, had a good laugh with them. this was our first time in tenerife, but definitely not our last. we took a stroll over too las americas via the coastal walk, but we had a taxi back, we also took the tourist train which stops just outside the hotel (turn left and its on the corner) that was fab and took us around the el duque area which was rather hilly but a pleasant ride . Plenty of sunbeds to go round if your not particular where you want it, fab sunbeds sooo comfy. wasnt too fussed on the food ( personal choice ) always found something tho, so never starved.the whole hotel is spotlessly clean , our room was on the 8th floor with a large balcony, and a lovely view of the mountains. We met some lovely people there, mostly very friendly clientele...... cant wit to go back !!More

Tenerife - Teide By Night
Adults only hotel - the absolute best one we've stayed in. Very welcoming at Reception. Sent us straight into dinner when we arrived late. Glass of bubbly when back at Reception to check in properly. Friendly staff, lovely room on the 3rd floor with a balcony that gave us a view of the sea and the sunset.. All the staff were lovely and there was plenty of room around 2 swimming pools & a cool off pool. From the pool area there was a lovely view out to see.The food was very varied and the hot food beautifully cooked. Salads well presented and as for the sweets - just too much choice! Varied entertainment every night. The entertainment team were really hard workers and took a variety of activities, including darts; water aerobics; water darts; pilates; etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel; great staff; great food; great pool area, and of course great weather whilst we were there!More
