Hotel Riu Palace Tenerife
With its plum sea-and-mountain setting, the Hotel Riu Palace Tenerife showcases this Canary Island at its best.
Views don’t come much better than this hotel, with volcanic slopes to the rear and sea views to the front. And location-wise, you’ve got a little beach on the doorstep and Costa Adeje is a 20-minute stroll away.
The hotel’s curved design means lots of the rooms look out to sea.

Amazing Staff! First Class Customer Service
This is our third stay at the beautiful Riu Palace and it just gets better and better! Spotlessly clean, lovely food, stunning views and a fabulous location. We definitely recommend the a la carte restaurants here too. The best thing about the hotel though, has to be it's amazing staff. Always friendly and cheerful, they really can't do enough for you. They go above and beyond to ensure the best customer experience. They're an absolute credit to the hotel. Thank you Riu Palace. We can't wait to come back!!!More

Yet another fantastic holiday at the Riu Palace Adeje.
The hotel is fantastic and the holiday is made so good by all the people who work there. They are all so polite, helpful and pleasant. The food is excellent, everywhere is spotless and the entertainment is good and enables you to have a conversation. Can’t wait to be there again next year.More

10 Night Stay
We love Riu hotels and we had previously been to Gran Canaria - the Riu Palace in Tenerife was just as good. Plenty of sun beds, lovely pools, amazing staff, beautiful food and very clean rooms. You can not go wrong with Riu. Thank you for a lovely stay. More
Just arrived back from a week in the Riu Palace, we normally stay in the Riu Arecas at the back of this hotel but this one has just those extra touches. That said there is nothing wrong with the Arecas! On arrival check in is swift and with pleasant staff on the reception desk. We were given a glass of champagne and we sat outside for half an hour until our room was ready. The hotel is situated in the quieter area of Adeje which we like but is easily accessible by walking or bus to the noisier part of Las Americas. Everywhere in this hotel is spotless, a credit to the cleaning staff. The waiters in the bar and around the pool are always available and friendly and drinks are not overly expensive as it is accepted that they will cost more in a hotel. We particularly liked the fact that the dining room actually had tablecloths and cloth napkins and that you could go into dinner at any time you liked rather than being given first sitting or second sitting and could choose a different table every night either inside or on the balcony dining area outside. Staff here again are friendly and efficient, however this is something we have learned to expect from the Riu chain. If I have to point out a negative it is that if you book through Tui you are told it is adult only, however this only applies to Tui. Therefore there were children and babies in the hotel but in very few numbers and this did entail having lilos etc in the pool. However I understand that they are not allowed in the superb infinity pool. To the Riu Palace Manager if you are reading this, can I suggest a small handrail be erected on the steps down towards the rooms on floor 6 (ours was 655). There are a lot of elderly people in the hotel but I as a 64 year old that has had a hip replacement feel more secure with a handrail. This is meant as a suggestion and not a criticism as another guest mentioned it to me whilst staying there at the same time. To sum up my review, brilliant hotel, really friendly staff, nothing too much trouble and if you are considering visiting Tenerife and using this hotel don't hesitate to book it.More
