Hotel Jardin Tropical
The Hotel Jardin Tropical's looking fresh after a top-to-toe refurb in 2017. Its highlights include a shorefront garden setting, à la carte dining options and grotto-style pools.
This hotel's made up of Moorish whitewashed buildings, which are set in colourful gardens faceing the Atlantic Ocean. It's got its own beach club a minute's walk away, too, with a saltwater pool and a smart sea-view restaurant.
Inside, this place has a luxurious, elegant feel. Standard rooms are dressed in chic white and jade tones and, for a little extra, you can fork out for a swanky stay in The Club*. This luxe upgrade means Nespresso™ coffee machines in your room, access to a swanky lounge and an exclusive zone on the sunset terrace.

Perfect holiday by JT
Everything was perfect! Don't forget to book a club. Best experience. From club lounge where you have separately breakfast to nice and happy staff. Good location and probably best hotel on Tenerife. Looking forward to come backMore
Gastronomy ? You must be joking !
Just returned from a 7 night Holiday, we do not like eating in Buffet Restaurants, we specifically chose to stay here as you could eat in 2 other Restaurants. That was the plan. We ate in Ugo & Vandino & Las Rocas twice. ( separate reviews) Sadly I spent considerable time of my Holiday talking with “ Marco “ of Guest Services. Despite his best efforts we had totally unacceptable food in both Restaurants. I really feel ripped off paying 36 Euros each for the pleasure. Your Marketing Department must be congratulated, Gastronomy ! I think not, The Hotel in general is excellent, I would return, only on a Bed & Breakfast basis. Thanks to “ Marco “ you had 3 stars !More

This hotel is fabulous. Absolutely loved my stay here. Lovely clean rooms . Beautiful big beds with large puffy pillows. Slept wonderfully during my visit. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating. With always a smile and a hello. I loved the hotel and enjoyed my trip throughly . However there was one or two things which were minor , that I’d like to address. some of the bar staff (lava bar) were a little abrupt in their manner and often seemed flustered. Drink is expensive in the hotel bar, being from Ireland drink is expensive so we are are use to those costs, however we felt for Spain it was slightly pricey , as some drinks were even more expensive than they would be at home. Air con worked but I felt it could have been stronger. It was very slow to come out ,it was like it lacked power. Breakfast . Seemed short staffed for floor staff (waiters & waitresses) during the morning . The first day we waited at the door looking to be seated no one seated us, so we just wandered around looking for a seat. I didn’t mind but it is nice to be shown on the first morning where everything is. Many of the tables were never properly set, with some missing table settings or had none at all. Any of the waiting staff that were there seemed flustered and under pressure but couldn’t fault them as the were polite and friendly. Great selection at breakfast. Loved how the crepes were made fresh right in front of you, the gentleman behind the crepe station was lovely and friendly. The amenities in the hotel are great. The beach club is stunning only downside is that pool is freezing in it !!! I personally feel this should be an adults only hotel. We had a night time flight and the hotel offered us a curtesy room for 45 minutes to get showered and that. Which was great. This hotel is wonderful. And I’m raving on to friends and family about my visit here. This honestly is a fabulous hotel and I can’t really fault it . Some minor issues but it’s easily fixed . But 10/10 I would recommend staying here !!! Think it’s one of the nicest hotels on the islandMore
Amazing hotel and location
My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a week and we were not disappointed. On arrival we were greeted with glasses of wine whilst we checked in. We arrived at around 11.30 but got a phone call at 12 to say our room was ready. All the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Our room was large and well decorated. The one thing we didn’t know until we got there was that there was a beach club, the was right on the rocks by the sea looking out across the ocean. There were Bali beds and other beds you could rent for the day which we did on a couple of occasions as they were so comfortable. The breakfast was good plenty of choice and tables were cleared quickly. It was my partners birthday whilst we were out there and we returned to our room and there was balloons, champagne, cake, chocolates and a lovely card. On the last day our flight wasn’t until 9.55pm the hotel had a luggage room and they also provided a room to us for an hour so we could get showered and changed. The location is great 10min walk to the America’s and 10 min to fanabe. Really couldn’t fault the hotel it was amazing and made a great holiday will definitely return.More
Best Hotel in Tenerife
It is a very unique design hotel with magical tropical garden and marvelous views on the Atlantic Ocean, garden and swimming pools. Rooms are minimalistic, but luxurious at the same time. It is worth mentioning how friendly and smiling the personnel is and how they provide you with an exhaustive information (special thanks to German speaking receptionist Natalia). We registered during breakfast and we have been offered a complimentary breakfast. Breakfast menu was exemplary with amazingly delicious tropical fruits. We were Club Members and there always were delicious snacks, good coffee, wine, champagne, beer and other beverages in the lounge for us as well as sweets and tapas. Swimming pools were located perfectly and the water was clean. We especially liked pool filled with the ocean water. This hotel has a separate tanning zone for Club Members from where you can enjoy amazing views of sunset. In the evening, good music and delicious food & drinks was guaranteed. We had an amazing dinner at the restaurant LA Roca, where all the staff was attentive and friendly. I would like to specially thank the hotel administration for congratulating my birthday in such a beautiful and tasteful way. We are very happy with our stay here, many thanks to all the personnel for such care!More
