Warning,Warning avoid poor rooms
Revisit to Guayarimina as now Adults only Was a big mistake. Visiting Tenerife each year and well experienced of what’s on offer. There are several good Adult only Hotels H10 being the best in my opinion. However this is a warning. Book an upgrade to a junior suite expecting a nice room with sea view did not happen. See photos. A lot of the suites are in basement ,No sea view. Some are even opposite music bars with loud music till early hrs. In addition the upgrade to platinum club for most people we talked to ,thought it was not worth the money very poor.5 pm to 6 pm a trolley would bring a few drinks wine with enough time for 2 drinks as one man operated or and one tapas, it was embarrassing for the Hotel to act this way. Not even using the bar area or enough seating, really poor. No comparison to H10 privileged bar area with free drinks 9 to 6 help yourself. If you forked out even more for all inclusive you would not be entitled to many popular brands, many said never again. We did complain as did many we spoke to. Francis a poor excuse for a Manager who offered a room for much more money. He was only interested in up selling. Helen Customer Services and Angie did listen with good people skills, unlike Francis. All they could offer was a room days later, too late. Best value rooms are the standard. Platinum club small and poor.no value. Staff and food very good. However, look elsewhere if you want sea view and club upgrade. More
A fantastic week in a modern, clean and beautiful hotel
My partner and I have just returned from a 7 night stay at Guayarmina Princess and would highly recommend. We went all inclusive and believe this was the best option. The food is amazing and there is so much to choose from in the Food Market restaurant with a lot of it cooked fresh in front of you. The pizzas are so good! We enjoyed one meal in The Roast restaurant during our stay and my boyfriend reckons its the best burger he has ever had! The staff are so friendly especially the waiters/waitresses at night, chefs and the bar staff in the Cocktail Bar - thanks for making my amazing Pina coladas every night! Special mention to the young porter who had just started working at the hotel (can't remember his name) who was very helpful and friendly, and took our cases up and told us all about our room. Housekeeping is done to a very high standard also. Overall, a very clean, spacious and beautiful hotel in a perfect location with everything right on your doorstep including the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Only thing to point out, we spoke to a few Platinum guests who said there wasn't really much difference and we couldn't really see the point in forking out more money for the privileges. Thanks for a great stay :-) More

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT HOTEL
We stayed here for a week in October 2019. We were extremely impressed with the hotel. It is very clean and modern having been recently refurbished. We stayed all inclusive and are in the 'Food Market' buffet for all our meals. The quality of the food is excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, the housekeeping is done to a very high standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar area and entertainments are of a very good standard and quite sophisticated. Every aspect of the hotel exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in many hotels and this is one of the best we have come across. The Costa Adeje area is also clean and pleasant and there are walks from the hotel in both directions along the sea front. We could not fault this holiday at all and would strongly recommend the hotel.More
This review is a true representation of a poorly run hotel. We made an appointment to view a deluxe suite to book it for my 50th next june. At no point did anybody bother to check the dates and tell me they weren’t available. They went onto show me the suite which in all truth, was a very nice room. And tried to sell me other dates because they have two, but only rent one out at a time. Ridiculous business sense. None of the junior suites were apparently free for viewing. I left very unhappy as frequent visitors to Tenerife, we had watched this hotel being refurbished. Anyway. After three unanswered emails sent to them, we have decided to look elsewhere. They obviously need to look into their bookings staff and work on customer service. More
