Another Great Riu Hotel
Just returned from a great stay. Fantastic staff throughout the hotel who couldn't be more friendly towards everybody. Very good choice of food in main restaurant with plenty of seating available. May be a different story in high season. Never a problem getting a sun lounger even on the adults only sun terrace. It defiantly helps having the remote drinking stations which massively reduces the queues at the bar areas. Room 113 had a view over the Waikiki hotel opposite but not affected by any noise, and was an easy walk to the lobby. Overall a great week and a good choice of hotel for some winter sun.More
We stayed in room 625 and since we had wanted to stay high up and near the reception so it was perfect. the evening entertainment was good as were the restaurants with very good food in all three places. what I was missing was one outside clock placed visible and high up. we will gladly return.More
gym & entertainment
wonderful hotel , as with all riu hotels we have stayed at , gym a bit dissapointing , could do with some free weights . entertainment not to our taste , could do with some area to dance , rather than shows , some outside acts would be nice , on saying that the entertainment staff were good , just not our taste, More
Me& Mrs T from Durham England
1st visit to Gran Canaria we had a lovey week of relaxation. Could not fault the hotel staff everyone had a smile and greeting for us no matter what job they did. Room was spotless I was pleased we were not supplied endless plastic bottles of lotions and potions in the bathroom. The room cleaned every day by very friendly maids I cannot fault them at all. All inclusive was good quality and lots of variety for picky eaters. The help yourself to drinks in the restaurant and round the pool was brill it saved queuing. The only downside was no English tv for my husband who loves his football. Will definitely use this hotel if we return to Gran Canaria thank you for a very enjoyable holiday.More
The best holiday I ever went to!! 🎸😁🎤
The food was AMAZING the staff was lovley the hotel rooms were probably cleaned and it was surrounded by a very nice area of Gran Canaria but the only thing is you are not allowed Lilo’s but the entertainment at night is amazing and it is all inclusive so you can go to the drink bar and help yourself with your own drink and the loos are nicely cleaned also they have a lovley kids swimming pool and my 9 yr old son always plays in it!!! Really nice hotel to go to!!!More
