Lopesan Villa Del Conde Resort and Corallium Thalasso
This place is more like a village than a hotel – that means you get a big choice of restaurants, bars and pools.
This place is modelled on a traditional Canarian village. The reception area is a full-scale replica of one of the island’s oldest churches, and there’s a central square where you’ll find an Italian restaurant.
You’re a few minutes’ stroll from Meloneras’s sand-and-shingle beach. And it’s a 10 to 15 minute walk to Meloneras’s paved promenade, which is lined with shops and restaurants.

We (family with 2 kids 5-11) went for the third time and we enjoyed as much as the two previous times. We had a junior suite overseeing the ocean and half board. The food is good The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The room is twice a day serviced. Beautiful garden.... We love itMore
Beautiful location but stuffy
We stayed here with our teenage son for 4 nights on half board . We had a lovely room overlooking the ocean and could hear the waves hitting the pebbles on the beach . Lovely . The hotel is in a great location . We only ate twice in the buffet and food was good but service poor . It’s done on a sitting basis one at 6.30 pm and one at 8.30 pm Very strange in 2019 Where you normally eat when you want to ? The hotel is stuffy and from the reception to the waiters there is a poor attitude to service . The customer is right doesn’t seem to be in their training packs . I had a terrible experience over lunch when we first checked in . It was very slow and when I complained I ended up in an argument with one of the wAiters as I felt wAiting an hour for a pasta dish Was unacceptable . He was very confrontational and I had to remind him I was a customer . He did apologise . When I mentioned it to reception no one was interested . We wanted to sit in the Sun at the coffee shop at the pool but were told we couldn’t move the chairs in the sun by one of the mature waiters ! We didn’t therefore order our lattes ! There are lots of mature staff who need to be retrained in service levels . I,m IHG platinum member and travel round hotels all over the world . Service starts at the top and I would have gladly had a chat with one of the managers but no one seemed interested . There is nothing wrong with the hotel just an attitude from the staff that needs addressing . Perhaps the more mature clientele have just got used to it but it needs addressing and for that reason I wouldn’t stay there again More
Second time of staying and still exceeds all other hotels on the island, in my opinion. Very spacious rooms and excellent staff - special thanks to Cesare and the animation team in particular. The design of the hotel is very attractive. Half board food is excellent. Most definitely recommended. Only one downside; charging for WiFi in the room seems very petty and not appropriate for a five star hotel; other than that hard to find any fault. Thank you again team!More
Nice hotel. Had a good stay there. The landscape and pool area is great. However I wish they would reduce the extensive use of plastic in the Pool area or at least use reusable cups etc. This is not very eco friendly and doesn’t live up to a 5 star standardMore
