One of the Top Hotels in the South of Gran Canaria!
We've been here before during 2019 NYE, at that time we were really impressed with the quality of the food, the level of service and the newly renovated rooms.
This time we weren't celebrating anything special. We just wanted to get away some days, as we have not been able to travel abroad during this pandemic and haven't stopped working.
First time we were in a Swim Up Room, it was great to have your own pool to enjoy; however, this time we just wanted to shake the stress away and we prefered a higher room with views.
We got a room at a high floor and really enjoyed it! The views were great!
Cleanliness, reception, maintenance, facilities were absolutely FANTASTIC and the food was WONDERFUL!
We have been in several hotels in Gran Canaria and this hotel has one of the best buffets we have tried!
If you expect a great quality of food when travelling to Gran Canaria, this should be your first option.
Really hope to have the opporunity to visit you in the near future.More

Bjorn_Ringholm,
Holiday under COVID19
We have just returned from two weeks holiday whilst the hotel and country where under COVID19 controls. It has to be said that we felt apprehensive about going on holiday at this difficult time, but we were really pleased with the hotel and the way that RIU dealt with the COVID measures. In the end we felt safer at the hotel than we did back in the uk. More

Andy W,
Perfect break
We stayed for a week in December during these crazy times. What a great stay we had. Hotel was fully compliant with all Covid rules and staff were very professional and friendly. On arrival we were greeted with a complementary drink while our paperwork was completed. The hotel is of a very high standard with lovely grounds and three swimming pools. The bar in the evening is lit with flame heaters giving a relaxed feel to the place. All waiting staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are modern and cleaning staff keep them spotless.
Due to Covid restrictions we could not get a reservation in any if the themed restaurants but the buffet had a good selection to choose from.
We had a great trip and would definitely return for another stay.
Thank you to all the staff and a Merry Christmas to you all.More

Very expensive WiFi
The free WiFi of the hotel is only for a very limited accounts of devices. We asked for an extra WiFi code, but that was not free and would be very expensive. So why is in a 5 star hotel the WiFi not free, but very expensive ? This must be a 1 star hotel.More
