Nice hotel but no escaping the entertainment
Nice hotel, very nice staff, great selection of food, beds could be a bit more comfy quite hard, on the all inclusive drinks menu theirs more you have to pay for than free, you only get three free cocktails out of around 7 on the menu and they are from a machine so not very nice, because of the shape of the hotel where ever your room is you can always hear the music quite loud so if you want an early night forget it or invest in some ear plugs.More
1st Class Hotel Highly Recommended
Just came back from Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel, Sa Coma in Majorca Just spent 1 week at this hotel So amazed at how big our room was when we walked in. Sitting room, bedroom and bathroom with a balcony. The house maids kept everything clean. Plenty of wall sockets. Kettle to make tea. The only negative comment:- As it is a 4 Star Premier hotel there should be a bottle of water supplied in the rooms, at least a couple of days a week at least to prevent getting bad tummy as you must not drink the tap water, don't fill the kettle from the taps. This could spoil your holiday. The entertainment in the evenings was fantastic. The Food AMAZING so much choice to choose from worth every penny being All Inclusive you get your moneys worth. Don't delay book today. Sheila and Geoff TerryMore
We stayed 4 nights after a cruise. This Hotel is one of the best Hotels I have stayed in. The Food, staff entertainment is amazing. I would definitely stay here again. Lots to do and see in the surrounding areaMore
Very good holiday
Friendly and helpful check in reception staff .Very informative about the hotel and its amenities. The staff in the dining room were always clearing tables and keeping the restaurant clean and tidy. This was the same in the bar were the staff worked hard and ensured there was a never a queue. The evening entertainment was varied and reasonably good, the best being an opera singer come comedian. The daytime entertainment consisted mainly of bingo and darts ,unfortunatly these were not well supported. There were always sunbeds available although a problem with the hotel is the sun isn't on the sunbeds all day you have move round the pool. The WI FI signal left much to be desired it was slow and kept dropping out, but it was free. Overall a good hotel and well worth a second visit.More
