Lovely hotel.quite big, but run with a family feeling. Very central to all amenities and a glorious beach. Pan flat so suitable for all ages and disabilities. Very friendly reception staff, always up for a laugh and good advice. My only regret is we went in October when the whole area was closing down for the winter.ni will return.More
Family Vacation 40th Birthday!
A group of 14 of us stayed at this hotel in Jun 2019 to celebrate my cousins 40th birthday! What a fab holiday it was! The hotel we could not fault, not one of us had any problems at all during our stay and really enjoyed it. The pool area was a little busy first thing in a morning so we had to get up early to ensure we got sunbeds together, however we were expecting this as we were a large group. The swimming pools were fab for the kids and the top roof swimming pool is brilliant for the early morning sunshine before it arrives around the main large pool. Food was outstanding, we found something different to eat each night, and were so happy with the quality and choice of foods available. We had 2 small children with us on our stay and they also had no problem with finding something to eat and wanted to try new foods they had not tried before. Highly reccomend the resteraunt if you can get booked in...oh and the kebabs around the pool in the day time from the pool snack bar were delicious! The jacuzzi is a good add to this hotel, however from 3pm ish the sun leaves the jacuzzi and becomes in the shade. This is the only down side i have for this hotel. The evening entertainment was brilliant, with something on every night and the english entertainment guy (i think he was called john) was fantastic, he made our holiday. Games of bingo and darts during the day as well as activities in the water and kids club for the children. The rooms were lovely and clean, big and spacious and have a bed in a separate room which I like to close the light out in a morning. All in all this hotel is a good hotel and i would highly reccommend to anyone. If i get the opportunity to go back to this hotel i will definately be going back. Thankyou for a great stay!More

Nice 3* hotel
We stayed 12th to 19th October as a couple. I have to agree with many of these reviews that I wouldn’t agree with the 4 star rating. The reception area is very modern and clean etc but as with some hotels, the further you go from the reception the more it declines in standard. We stayed in the middle block (hotel is in the shape of a C) and the carpet outside of the rooms was dirty, stained, needed a good scrub and for the glasses left there on a daily basis to be collected regularly. There were plastic shutters on the outside that needed a good scrub/refurb too. The room itself we were impressed with. It was a really good size compared to other hotel rooms and very clean. Some rust around the taps etc in the bathroom but generally the room was of a very high standard. Slightly disappointed there were no bottles of water in the fridge, especially as we were advised not to drink the tap water. There is a shop just outside the hotel which was cheap so it’s not a problem, but just something you could normally expect for a 4 star. Also had to pay for the safe, sometimes standard, sometimes included in 4* resorts. As the hotel is in a c shape one half of the pool area and balconies etc is in the shade in the morning and then vice versa. Middle block did not seem to get sun for very long at all. Not ideal if you are a sun worshiper although in October it was not that busy so we could move loungers when we needed to. The adult only pool was lovely and peaceful, although again by 2pm some of it was completely in shade. The pool areas were always clean and tidy, although the jacuzzi water was often looking very cloudy and felt a bit slimy and the water was luke warm at best. In terms of entertainment John was great, bingo was good fun with good prizes. The first night we played my other half won €100 euros for one line then I went on to win full house for another €250. Not the same prizes every night as depends how many play. Not usually one for entertainment as we go to bed early and rise early, but the comedy night was absolutely brilliant and really got the crowd involved. The elvis impersonator was great too. Our room was right near the stage so on the nights we did go to bed early it was hard to sleep as it is very loud. As the building is in a c shape not many rooms are far away from the stage either. The staff were always friendly and smiling, one of the restaurant managers in particular always made a point of saying hello to everyone and asking how they were etc. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name now though. I have some food intolerances and had read the reviews that there were gluten free options available. Unfortunately this was just in the mornings. Lunch and dinner there were no labels for allergies or intolerances and after hearing another lady try to discuss her son’s allergies with the staff and the staff not really understanding her concerns I did not bother to speak to the staff about my intolerances and just tried to guess what I should and shouldn’t eat. The food was absolutely delicious though. We could not fault the choice and taste at all. There were chefs on hand to cook you fresh fish, chicken, steak, tuna steak etc. The stir fry was the best I’ve had. You could help yourself to ice creams throughout the day. Alcohol I’m quite fussy with and the rosé was absolutely disgusting, I thought it was just me being fussy but several other guests said the same. My other half was happy with estrella on tap though. The bar service was always great. They gave us one night in the ‘Italian restaurant’. The food was nice but I’d say the main restaurant was better. I needed a gluten free pizza and I can’t have cows milk so no cheese, I thought they would try and fill the pizza with something else but instead I had a very bare pizza with barely anything on. This is just really in the outside pool bar not a separate building. Hotel is in a good location in that you are just a couple of minute walk from the beach where there are many restaurants and shops etc. Cheap taxis to Cala millor for a great market. Also a land train service stops outside the hotel. Overall we did have a nice holiday but would not choose to stay there again. More
A wonderful hotel
My daughter in law and I arrived at this hotel quite early in the day to find our room was ready for us. The room was absolutely stunning over looking the pool we were on the second floor, the decor of the room was very bright and everything we needed. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.More
