We came here following a great holiday here last year. Once again this hotel did not disappoint. We found the food to be of a high standard and lots of choice and the restaurant staff very helpful and friendly. The bar staff worked very hard and always had time for a chat even when busy. We noticed different entertainment acts this year and were glad to see John was still heading up the entertainment team, as he once again made everyone welcome with his friendly professional manner, and also he helped the new entertainment staff get into their stride with the children. Unfortunately temperatures dropped in the evenings during our stay which made the pool cool during the day. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel to families or couples and we look forward to coming later in the year.More
Most of what I write has already been said. The room was A1. Had travel agent make several requests on their website and all were able to be granted. Found all the staff to be extra nice and nothing was too much trouble for them. Even management and maintenance staff spoke on passing you. Yes, be careful with your plate in front of you in restaurant if you are not finished. Special mention to Miguel in charge of most things. Asked for direction to tobacconist and as it was bit complicated, he went out of hotel and took us half way there. We enjoyed the Italian night with pizza made to order. Our maid, sorry didn't get her name, was lovely and replemished our tea bags and other things. The area is lovely with nice sea front. Liked the shops as they were Spanish owned and not hounded while browsing. Now for our only downside. The Food! Breakfast was the best but they don't know how to fry the bacon. Had to eat it by hand as fork couldn't pick it up. Did not like how they present main courses. Plates were cold as well as the food. If you waited for fresh chips which would be hot, the vegetables were cold. The soup and bread were good. The desserts were lovely. Plenty of fresh fruit throughout the day. Would just have liked a diner plate with meat and two veg. Will not rule out returning here if the price is right so can go out a few times for a hot meal. Sorry had to give it only 4 stars because of food. But that is only our opinion.More

Very good hotel.
Hotel rooms are excellent and well maintained, all the staff barpersons, cleaners, and reception staff and very importantly David Infante are outstanding,The hotel is maintained to a very high standard and John the entertainment guy was the best I have seen at the hotel. My only complaint was large groups of guests with many children who seemed to totally ignore the hotel rules and as a result they disrupted all the other guests. This is where hotel management failed as they did not seem willing or able to enforce rules or contain the guests. This would not stop me returning but I would be more selective about when I went.More

Lovely and would return but some rude staff
Lovely hotel, very clean, well laid out with a lovely pool and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Reception staff were mega friendly as are most of the bar staff but the restaurant staff let the side down, they have no basic manners and will suddenly reach over you mid meal to grab an empty plate from the middle of the table, no excuse me no apology they just barge in and often knock you about in the process. Plenty of sun beds and lots of shade as there are parasols everywhere so there is literally no need to get up early and put towels out, no matter what time of day there were plenty of loungers still available. Food was ok, I have had better at other all inclusive hotels but there was always something for everyone and breakfast was always lovely. Evening entertainment was of a high standard and they do play bingo but not everyday and there are decent cash prizes to be won. No pushy entertainment staff which was nice, if you wanted to join in then that’s fine but they would not go around pestering people. Great choice of drinks and food of some sort available all day. If you want to buy anything there is a well stocked spar shop right opposite the main entrance. WiFi was good in rooms and was free but you do have to pay / hire the in room safe and beach towels if you want them.More
