Hubby and I stayed for a week in June this year! The hotel was fab, clean and well taken care of! The entertainment Tori and Dave of known as “Splash” were amazing, they entertained every evening we were there and what a show they put on!! Suited everyone from age 20 to 80 plus!! Well done guys and good luck for the future XxxMore
Better than most you will find
After a long coach transfer from airport any doubts about the hotel faded the day after, this hotel has a beautiful setting around a large pool ,good consistent quality of meals in the restaurant,we were half board and not disappointed at all,the rooms are spacious and clean with good quality walk in showers, lift in every block and no real issues,Wi-Fi and aircon were good ,Tui reps worked pretty hard all week and Fiona was exceptionally helpful and also sang well with others in the reps own show,Entertainment at this hotel better than most with astoundingly good production on two nights of the week by the touring team doing West end shows.Trips are easy to join on buses directly outside the hotel and taxi back from the local main strip was about5 euros or 25 min walk,do try and get a pool facing room if you can, also allow for tourist tax and safe hire both of which are not excessive, the guests were of mixed ages at this time of year not as old as indicated in previous reviews but of course no children at this hotel.would U book this hotel again YES. but TUI needs to address the excessive transfer timeMore
Easy to see why so many return to Picafort Park Hotel
This is our third visit in as many years and with good reason. From the moment you arrive at this hotel you are made to feel welcome. Reception staff are quick and efficient. Rooms are somewhat dated but this does not detract from the fact that they are comfortable and clean. The maids are a credit to the hotel. Restaurant has been refurbished and is now bright and modern. Pedro the restaurant manager should be very proud of his staff. Food is varied and of good quality. Those who complain must be very fussy and are probably never satisfied. Entertainment provided by the resident duo Splash was enjoyable -they have the ability to play a good variety of music that meets guests needs.. The visiting acts were in the main pretty reasonable but the Tui Production Team were exceptional. Their 4 performances were top quality . Pool warm and inviting. Grounds well maintained. There are plenty of sun beds but there are the greedy guests who are up at the crack of dawn to get their spot!! Transfer time is still an issue as it took longer to get from Palma airport to the hotel than the flight from Gatwick to Palma. This really needs to to sorted out by Tui. Looking forward to returning in 2020!!More
Just returned after two weeks stay beautiful hotel and fantastic food everyday. Only down side you cannot get a sunbed around the pool. You can on the grass but not allowed umbrellas on the grass so no shade. Evening entertainment good Kirsty you’re brilliant also splash . Only had one disappointing night and that was all the reps dancing and singing. I felt really sorry for them so please let them do there jobs as reps and not entertainers . Would still return to this hotel all the staff are so friendly. Especially the beautiful Eva in the restaurant.More
We have been her 1 week now and cant complain about the hotel, it's a fantastic hotel but the entertainment is poor . Food is great staff are friendly the atmosphere is great very relaxing but like I said evening entertainment is not up to scratch. We are going out at night for some up to date stuff the singers are good but seem to be stuck in the past we haven't heard an up to date song yet . Would defo use this hotel again but for entertainment would go elsewhere. More
