My son and I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of September last and from the moment we entered the reception every thing was perfect nothing seemed to be any trouble. The check in was speedy and faultless your bags are even taken to your rooms for you we asked for a quite room on a high floor which we had overlooking a tennis court the room was clean and what you expect in Spain the bathroom had recently been refurbished and had a walk in shower which was tremendous. The restaurant was modern and excellently run by Pedro the manager which is reflected in the staff the food was superb as Spanish hotels go this was the best food I’ve had and I’ve been in a lot of Spanish hotels over the years. The pool bar is just as good if you didn’t want to go to the main restaurant at lunch time I can recommend the fish 🐟 and chips. Although most people tend to grab a sun bed around the pool the hotel is set in six acres of grounds so there is plenty of room we tended to stay on the grass under the trees. This is a adults only hotel and is reflected in the age of the hotel clientele which is great if you just want to chill out for a couple of weeks which is what we did. Lesley the manager is very visual around the hotel and is very approachable if you have any queries or problems which again reflects in the way this hotel is run over the years I have travelled extensively and never return to the same hotel but this year we will be returning in September.More

Lovely Family Fortnight in Majorca
We had a family adult holiday (Myself, sister, brother in law and mother). The welcome from hotel staff and Tui staff was warm and genuine. All staff at the hotel contributed to the fab atmosphere. (Especially the laughing chef who was a very kind and helpful individual). The food was superb at all meals with the chef's special of the day always interesting and delicious. The areas for improvement for our family would be more vegetarian and vegan main courses (especially at lunch) and clearly labelled, more choice of bread at breaKfast (particularly brown whole grain loaves) and more variety of soups. The drinks including coffees were excellent in range and quality. The entertainment in the nights was of a very high standard. We really enjoyed the Tui professional team who performed several times, Il Quattro, the two ladies who sang 50s numbers. I was not however too enamoured with the noisy 'childs talk' and interactive quizzes before the main show and would have preferred the show to start at 9pm rather than 9.30. The regular singing duo were very pleasant to listen to. Daytime activities were quite good. We enjoyed the boules, table tennis, afternoon quiz and cookery demonstration but would have liked other options. A mini golf or crazy golf course would be wonderful as would rifle shooting, archery, snooker (pool) competition, liocally led walks, talks on the history of the island.... The daily puzzle sheet with dingbats, crossword, suduku etc. was very popular with my family. The hotel and rooms were very clean and looked in modern style. All in all we would consider returning as we had a great time. We also hired a car to see parts of the island and it was very useful to be able to park right outside the hotel.More
Superb holiday from start to finish. The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes walk from the promenade and is about 15 minutes walk from the main resort area but unless you want to swim in the sea or go out to buy souvenirs then there is little reason to leave the hotel complex.. The accommodation is in several three storey blocks and have a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a TV. While the main room was a little tired, the updated bathroom was excellent. The outside area consists of a large pool of various depths and while a little short of sunbeds there are more than enough on the well maintained grassy areas nearby. The pool bar and snack bar staff are pleasant, hard working and serve high quality food and drinks throughout the day. All elements of the main restaurant can be described in one word; exquisite. The entertainment was of a very high standard and varied every night so most people should have found something to there liking on several occasions. A huge thanks to everybody at this hotel for a brilliant holiday with a special mention to the TUI girls Charis and Kirsty who worked tirelessly both day and night.More
Fantastic grounds, wonderful location and very friendly staff.
We chose this hotel for our first ever package holiday (we are both in our 50`s) on the basis that my partner liked the photo of the reception area. However, I don't believe we could have chosen anywhere better if we'd tried. The hotel is in the middle of a residential area of Ca’n Picafort, its approximately 5 minutes walk from the main promenade which heads in one direction to a beach and the other to the busy town of Ca`n Picafort which is around 15 minutes walk away. The hotel grounds are large and lush, lots of grassy areas and a HUGE pool with a ramp access. The rooms are in three storey blocks (fortunately it didn’t rain while we were there) and the restaurant and communal areas have recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The rooms aren’t huge but have the most comfortable memory foam mattresses, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a TV with british channels. The rooms are badly in need of a revamp, the bathrooms was very dated and although spotless, could have done with new tiling and an up to date shower. The food was exemplary, we were there for two weeks and there was something different to try every night. The entertainment was varied in type, comedians, Bands, singers variety acts etc. Not all was to everyone’s taste but you dont have to watch! The staff were helpful, friendly and approachable. We hired a car for 5 days from the hotel and all insurances were included in the price. One of the things we did like is that although we weren’t all inclusive we didn’t feel as if the hotel were taking advantage of guests that chose half board. Pool bar snacks were very reasonable and a bottle of house wine was 5 Euro. The restaurant staff would also label any wine left so it could be kept until the following night. All in all this was a very restful and satisfying experience and we will definitely be back.More
