A Beautiful Hotel
This is our number one hotel, it is a stunning hotel in a lovely part of Majorca. There is not one bad thing I can say about it. We have just returned from staying here for a week and miss it already, especially the sea view that we woke up to everyday, ( Room 401) We would highly recommend it to anyone, of all ages,More
Great hotel and location!
We stayed here at the end of May/ start of June for 5 nights. The hotel is situated just across the promenade from the beach, on arrival we were checked in quickly and were offered a refreshing glass of cava. Room We had booked a full sea view room and it was a great view! The room and hotel have been refurbished to a high standard and the room, if a little small, was perfectly formed and gave us everything we needed. I would say for 2 weeks we might have needed a bit more storage space but for a week or in our case 5 days it was fine. There is a small fridge for drinks, which you can get from one of the local supermarkets a stones throw from the hotel. Housekeeping leave a litre bottle of water everyday which was a nice touch and very useful. There is a washing line on the balcony and also a heated towel rail in the bathroom which was very useful to get towels and costumes dry. The hotel provide pool towels but you can only change 3 times a week. Our flight home wasn’t until late on the last day, so we asked for a late checkout and were able to keep our room until 6pm for approx a €30 charge. Restaurant We were here for a wedding at a neighbouring hotel so we only ate dinner in the hotel twice during our stay. The first night we ate in the restaurant it was gala night and was fabulous, a wide selection with a bbq and paella outside. On the 2nd night the food was ok but we did struggle a bit more to find things we liked. The breakfast and lunch were both good. For the remaining nights we ate offsite, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which were ok, some nice fish restaurants in the harbour at Cala bona if you get your walking legs on. Pools There are 3 pools in the hotel, the main one which was pretty chilly on our visit, the rooftop which is shallower, smaller and warmer and an indoor pool which we used on our first day, along with the indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. The main one also sparkles at night- nice touch! Staff The staff were all friendly and helpful, I can’t fault them at all and a credit to the hotel. Overall the hotel was a gem and I wouldn’t mind returning, the resort is directed to families so probably wouldn’t be our thing normally if we hadn’t been here for a wedding but the hotel is well worth a visit. Special Hotel for Couples of all ages
Hi everybody, just returned from 14nts at this superb hotel, from the moment you arrive you are more than a guest, starting at the reception with a welcome drink, if late arriving you are treated to a cold buffet even at 11.30pm as we were, All rooms are fitted the same, but it’s worth the small extra for a Sea view room, which looks over the pool as well, Also ask for a high floor, when booking, Best are 405/6/7 or 505/6/7 middle of block, but all give you a good view of the sea and pool, you can have a Full End sea view 8 levels or duplex which has its own jacuzzi pool but only 5 available of these but they’re usually fully booked well in advance, Food, Breakfast: All that you require from all English, to light continental, also the restaurant has a cooking station open for your omelettes with a great variety of fillings, extensive coffees and teas and juices available, fresh fruit ect ect ect, Dinner: well again a very good selection on offer, with cooking stations open with 2 meat and 2 fresh fish on every night, plus a Carvery, each night, Tuesday nights is B/Bq night, Spanish and Mexican themed, but all main buffet is still available, The Alacarte restaurant is worth booking at no extra charge, comes free once a week, book at reception in advance, Prawn cocktail first, then Fillet steak and strawberrys and cream to finish off with, very enjoyable. Plenty of choice on the menu to pick from and to finish off your meal they serve you with a glass of Cava, A very well presented meal, So on Entertainment: every night a different group trio or artist were on, from Old Blues to soul, 60’s music to tribute bands, as well as some lighter music, a good range for all ages, Outside: theres 2 pools one of which is on the 6th floor overlooking the main pool and sea, with great views, also, as is a nice extra theirs a large jacuzzi outside next to the zen area, facing the sun most of the day, Well I could go on and on, this Couples Only, Hotel is rated very highly for customer satisfaction and service, you only need to Read all the reviews, this was our return holiday after enjoying it so much last year. Definitely an A list hotel to consider.More
Worth every Penny!
We just got back from ten nights at this marvelous hotel. We were here three years ago and it was excellent. Happy to report that it still is. Delighted to see staff who had taken care of us on our first visit, a sure sign of a decent employer. anyhow they we all wonderful, from the reception staff right the way to the cleaning dept, everyone greets you with a sincere smile and make certain you know that nothing is too much bother for them to ensure you are having a great holiday. Everything about this place is elegant and classy. Cannot state any faults as I never came across one. Cannot highly recommend this hotel enough. Every aspect was excellent. Can't wait to go back again, it was worth every penny!!More

Stayed here 21/05 to 02/06 Been home nearly a week now, always like to reflect on the hols after return. Can only echo all the positive comments in previous posts. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 11 night stay here. Highlights: Staff - Friendly, engaging and always professional. Never met a grumpy person once, and that’s unusual! Organisation - This hotel just runs smoothly always, it takes a lot of effort to make it look simple, thanks to all involved Dining - Loved the 2 sitting setup and allocated table, really removes any hassles from an over busy dinner. The food was very good indeed, fresh and tasty. Not a huge choice, but regard that as a positive, everything done well! The a la carte was good, don’t miss out on this. Room - we paid a bit extra for full sea view, really worth the money, 6th floor nearest the sea. Fabulous views all day, esp. sunrise. Really comfortable, spacious room. Appreciated the fridge, daily water bottle & tea making facilities. Great shower! Pool - the pool scene, we found, was really relaxing, no ( well very little) bed booking, plenty of space and really importantly, virtually the whole pool has sun all day. Drinks - All the drinks we had were good quality and not expensive. There are some cheaper bars in resort, but this is a 4 star hotel, so prices about right. Location - Fantastic location, just steps from the seafront, short walk to the main shopping street. Great walk to either Sa Coma along the front, or to the fort on the headland. Local - Good selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants only a short walk away. If you like Spanish wine there’s a really good wine shop, Microvinas, les than 5 min away, next to Protur Cars, remember to pack a corkscrew. Really good value drinks at Cala Nau bar / restaurant near the start of the shopping street, see review in Tripadvisor. Lowlights: Nothing! Room Tip Full Sea View is worth the extra! Would we return.......? Certainly :) More
