Fabulous Family Resort!
What can I say...an amazing fun filled family adventure! From arriving to a beautiful room with a separate family living space, to enjoying a fantastic variety of food nothing was out of place. So much to do and not enough time to do it in a week! The hotel staff at reception and the restaurants were very friendly, as were the maid and maintenance staff. The holiday reps really made the holiday for our daughter. Giving her confidence to get on stage and sing, swim in the pool, learn her dance routines and join in the pool parties and activities. Brilliant time with plenty to do and a free shuttle bus to the beach! Would highly recommend the Indian restaurant!!More
Excellent family holiday
Just got back from a week at the Holiday Village Majorca. I went with my 5 year old and my parents. We couldn’t fault the place. The hotel was clean and the staff were all very friendly. There was always plenty of choice for food and we never went hungry! The entertainment for kids was fantastic. My little boy did as much as he could. He loved the football academy with Charlie and Dan. He also did the 5 day swim academy with Jack and Emily and he loved it. All the reps were great and made you feel so welcome. The evening entertainment with Charlie and Sophie was always different and kept the kids entertained. I would definitely go back and recommend to others. Thank you for a great holiday.More
Amazing for families
Just got back from a week here and it was brilliant. I went with my boyfriend, 3 year old daughter, 10 month old son and my mum. The food was mostly very good, not a massive selection but big enough that you would always find something you like. The rooms are clean and a good size, the shower was amazing, only negative about the room was that the beds and couch beds where quite uncomfortable. The kids club staff and entertainment staff are amazing, they work so hard and are brilliant at what they do, my 3 year old begged to go to kids club everyday, she loved it that much. All in all we had a brilliant holiday only downside was the pools, including the indoor one where ice cold so my 10 month old wouldn’t go in but it didn’t stop my 3 year old from going in. We would definitely return here, all the staff where so nice and helpful, thank you for a brilliant time.More
First day we arrived check in was a lengthy process but the reception staff were very polite and helpful. We didn’t receive welcome drinks when we arrived and we should have received them. The first meal we had was lunch at the poolside restaurant, I had to take the chicken kebab I had back because part of the chicken was still raw. The response I had from the chef was it’s tricky to cook on the grill he’s working with. The overall reflection of the food through out the week was cheap and lacked flavour in the main restaurant. The best meal I had was In the Italian restaurant which was nice but your only allowed to eat in there once throughout the week. Our group of 25 could not book in together to eat for the Indian, Italian and Asian restaurant. When we turned up there were empty tables and we could have eaten together. The entertainment is very child oriented which is good if you are looking for a family holiday. On the campus apart from the swimming pool there is a lack of activities to do on site, the football pitch is 50 metres down the road and locked when the reps are not using it for classes. The high ropes are locked apart from the allocated times which are only in the morning for an hour. To get to the beach you have to take a 10/15 minute bus journey which is tricky to get on from the hotel because large groups of people are looking to go to the beach. I ended up walking most days because the bus was so busy which took me roughly 30 minutes. The gym was a room which did not have air conditioning and the equipment was old and not looked after. The spa area, all three jacuzzi’s were cold and we were only told when we were leaving that they were being repaired. The room was clean and tidy but the bottled water in the fridge is not topped up so had to spend a lot of money throughout the week on bottled water. We made a noise complaint one night because the room above were banging around until 2 in the morning. The airport transfer is an hour from the airport. My rating score is broken down as follows: Location: 1/5 Food: 2/5 Staff: 3/5 Room: 3/5 Pool and activities: 1/5 Overall rating: 2/5More
Another great trip to the holiday village
We travelled to HV in May for the second time with our 20 month old and 3 year old. Both the rooms and accommodation were perfect but what really stood out and what will leave us with everlasting memories was the Creche and kids club.Everyone working there was amazing,so well trained and enthusiastic. We even got a memory booklet when we left for my smallest son(which I have to admit made me cry).Daisy,Lucy and Arzoo are exceptional and I will be recommending both the hotel mainly based on the children’s services alone.😊More
