You get a beachside location and a double helping of pools here. You’re really central, too, with Cala Bona on the doorstep.
The Levante Hotel had a total refurb in 2017, so everything's spick and span. You'll find a stylish spa, a sleek third-floor sun deck and a spacious sea-view pool in the line-up.
You couldn’t be better placed for Cala Bona’s bars, shops and restaurants, all of which are seconds away. And, it’s about the same distance to a vanilla-coloured sandy beach.

Rude unhelpful receptionist
We wanted to stay here with our disabled son however it was fully booked. We decided to pop in to check out the facilities and look into booking next year. We asked a male receptionist about the disabled facilities who told us there are none. Hardly made eye contact with me screwed his face up and spoke in a negative tone. He didn’t acknowledge my son who was in his wheelchair next to me. I asked if there was a pool hoist he replied no. When we left a lady followed us who was staying at the hotel and told us she is staying in an accessible room and there are pool hoists in every pool. Why we were treated so badly is quite a mystery perhaps this hotel finds disabled guests an inconvenience. We took a picture of the pool hoist perhaps this will jog the receptionists memory. We certainly won’t be booking to stay here and would strongly advise other disabled travellers to avoid.More

We stayed at this hotel several years ago, and decided to go back. Since the rooms have been refurbished they all now have walk in showers , which makes life really easy for a disabled person like myself. We cannot fault this hotel on the rooms , restaurant or facilities. the entertainment was brilliant , There is one girl in the team ,Beth, she should be on the stage in the west end !! but the whole team were brilliant. The resident act ,The Castells were really good , Zowie ( hope that's how you spell it) has one hell of a repertoire , I would love to hear her sing 'Crazy' the Patsy Cline hit. The food. really cannot fault it ,you could eat your meal of the floor in that restaurant, the staff are so friendly and efficient. We only have one very small criticism of the hotel , There is , or doesn't seem to be any access to the pool area for anybody who has to use a wheelchair. but that doesn't alter the fact that it is a great hotel and one we shall be going back to.. but for us, the icing on the cake was when the lady that looked after our room every day , wished us a safe flight home. it doesn't get much better. without hesitation I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of a holiday in MajorcaMore

This is our 11 th time at this fab hotel, twice this yr.From moment of arrival you are looked after and food in resteraunt is good with lots of choices.Staff are helpful and friendly.First time outside for us for entertainment and loved it.Tui entertainment was brilliant and lots variety with other entertainers brought in. Noticed few comments regards noise of entertainment after certain hrs but we are on holiday and if need quiet check into a home. The only thing we feel especially my husband is the 2 boards one on either side of stage the music is loud and AWFUL.Need a change of music as some acts took time to come on and same tune 5 to 6 times continuous was brutal. I also agreed with someone about Tui reps on desk ,not as forthcoming or helpful But BIG THANKS TO THE HOTEL.We will be back.More
Generally a good hotel
A nice hotel with many good points but it had some drawbacks. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly particularly in the dining room. The standard bedroom was reasonably roomy and had quite a good storage space. There was a large wardrobe with a shelf and 3 large drawers. There were also 2 bedside lockers with 2 large drawers in each. For once we found space for 2 weeks worth of clothes. The room came with a mini fridge, a tv (the reception was very bad), aircon and tea and coffee making facilities. Towels were changed daily. There was an automatic light in the bathroom which came on at night when you got near it. Shampoo, shower gel and soap were provided but we had to keep leaving notes asking the maid to replenish the stock. Unfortunately our room overlooked the street and every evening the 'English Pub' across the road had very loud entertainment that went on until about 11:45. Possibly other rooms were quieter. The food was good with plenty of choice much of it cooked while you waited. . However the tables were very close together and at dinner time the end with windows got very warm. The staff were reluctant to open windows as they said it was air conditioned. Wine was reasonable starting at €12.50 a bottle. We didn't worry about the pool area but instead used the sun terrace on the third floor where we always found vacant beds. The beach was not good. There was some sand but it was rocky and there was a lot of seaweed. Probably because of the weather it was difficult to see into the sea to find the rocks so we stayed well away. Also the beach did not belong to the hotel and you had to pay for sunbeds. The entertainment was good with a resident team and acts brought in each night. There was bingo or quizzes each evening and other games during the day. But again the entertainment went on until 11:30. Some people obviously enjoyed this but we didn't. The stage was outside unless the weather was bad when it came into the bar lounge. Drinks here were reasonable for a hotel - large beers were about €3.35. A word of warning - you could change money in the hotel but the rate the day we left was €1.03 to the £1 with 1% commission. Just down the road it was €1.09 with no commission. Our tourist tax for 2 weeks was €66. A safe in the room was €2 per day. Drinks etc could be 'put on the room' and the bill paid at the end of the holiday. We found it was better to settle up in €'s not sterling but we were using a credit card that had no charges.More
Just back 19th September for a week. This hotel was fab.brilliant decor. We were in the part looking out to the pool and the lifts and decor were modern.great jacuzzi and indoor pool on 6th floor. And we got a sun lounger on sun deck and at pool with relatively no problem..sun deck on 3rd floor. The restaurant was large ,modern and great views out to the sea.gorgeous on sunny days.Beach towels supplied in room and could change them every second day.We went with TUI.flights ,transfers etc first class.although we had good weather both ways.Rooms were adequate space for 3 .room 417 pool and sea view.Beautiful snack bar right on beach. There was always a TUI rep on hand when needed.More
