This beachfront place comes with a massive lagoon pool and a pair of restaurants. There’s lots here for children, too.
This place wins points for its location. It’s right on Alcudia Bay, a sandy beach you can access directly from the pool area. It's just a 15-minute walk from the centre of Playa de Muro, too.
The hotel has a huge, winding pool at its centre. And for children, there's an animal-themed splash park. When it comes to dining, there’s a choice of places, including buffet restaurant that hosts theme nights.

We have returned from a fantastic holiday at Hotel Condesa. We travelled as a family of 5, with 3 teenagers. We all had a lovely time from start to finish. The location of this hotel is amazing, literally steps from the pool onto a beautiful beach, with crystal clear sea. There are pedalos, banana boats, parasailing and more just outside the hotel. The daytime entertainment was great running from 11 to 4, with lots for the kids and adults to do, including Zumba in the Sea. The entertainment at night was mostly good too, we especially enjoyed the ABBA, ‘Why so serious’ and ‘We will Rock You’ nights were great. All of the animation team worked extremely hard and my son especially loved Antonio. We thought the food was great, lots of choice every day. Spanish/Mallorcan food, a massive salad bar with lots of choices, ‘English style’ food, a pizza/pasta bar, a bread section, and a children's section. I can’t understand why people have said it is repetitive, I had a different meal every day! As well as the main buffet you could also book meals at the beach front restaurant (they had theme nights, bbq, oriental and fish), we tried all three and they were all great. The bar staff/waiters were the loveliest we’ve ever had on holiday, nothing was too much trouble especially on my daughters birthday! We were always greeted with a smile and within a few days they could serve us our drinks before told them what we wanted. They worked so hard and seem to work very long hours, but always with smile. We especially loved Najim and Said. People did get up early for sun beds, but I didn’t feel this was any worse than any other hotel I’ve been to in August. I could always see sun beds around the pool at around 10am but if you wanted the ones in the sun or close to the pool you did have to get up early. The only reason I gave a 4 stars for this hotel is because on arrival we had some problems with our room that I feel housekeeping/maintenance should have dealt with or reported to reception, because this didn’t look like the hotel had good quality control. The hotel did sort the problems out, but the problems shouldn’t have been there to start with. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.More
Fantastic all inclusive hotel right on the beach in ideal location
Family hotel but many cpls Id say ie not kids overrun. Sep kids splash pools & 2nd plunge pool slides for 5+ with lifeguards. All pools open 10am. People put towels out early but still good few empty left, esp kids pools surprisingly. Takes your chance or put your towel down but no need at stupidaclock. Reception always very welcoming & answered any question inc book taxi. Food buffet for all meals & massive choice. Would say anyone who complains is being very picky/ fussy eater. Massive salad section, meats, fish etc. Main meals again loads of choice. loads of typical English. Description on most & fantastic service from the staff. We took drinks to the room no problem but sure we also saw people with food so think that's ok. Never any issue with being cold or under cooked etc btw and we tried plenty of stuff we were not sure of and worse case u wont like it. Nothing to lose. Location - Left top of street is bus stop & less then 10mins walk a few tourist souvenir shops, beach stuff, small spar. Right about 15mins walk eroski supermarket was the biggest we saw . Basically you can get on any bus if you are only going a few stops. kids under 4 free, 3.20 adult 4 a few stops or ride all the way to old alcudia market (Sun and Tues) We would recommend the hotel 100% for families or couples and would def go back if and when. Spoke to a few peope on airport shuttle and sounds like the Condesa is one of the very best choices you can make. More
very disappointed with 10 night stay
It was a lovely break, nice sunshine but hotel had a few issues. Firstly, the evening entertainment was really poor. Only good nights were Abba tribute and Xerox on Broadway. Lots of guests left before the shows had finished and as soon as the shows had finished main lights were switched on and you were asked to leave at 11.30pm. If you wanted to continue having a drink you had to go to the hotel reception area. The day time pool entertainment was really bad and they could do with playing music by the pool all day. Plus they needed to have more entertainment throughout the day at the pool. Although the hotel is on the beach we didn't realise that the government own the beach and they charge you 6.50 euros per day per sunbed. The food was ok, a lot of repeats, four dodgy days out of 10. Sunbeds at the pool were a NIGHTMARE. If you hadn't put your towel out by 6.30am then you couldn't get a sunbed. I was awake earlier than i am in the week for work. The rooms are very small and the room for three was more suited for two people. Not enough wardrobe space and my sons clothes were dotted everywhere. Plus his bed was the sofa which was hard and uncomfortable. We had to put some furniture on the balcony to free up space. Our bed base was two inches larger all round than the mattress and when the sheet was over it you couldn't see it. Resulted in me and the others having larger bruises on our legs as we kept walking into it. Plus, top end of bed had wheels but the base end was propped up with bits of wood. The staff at the bar, cleaners and restaurant were lovely but the reception staff could do with more customer service training. If you require LATE CHECKOUT do not use this hotel. They refused everyone and eventually allowed us after going to reception 4 or 5 times plus meeting with the manager. They say its available and its not. I think the hotel is booking too many guests and whilst i can appreciate them wanting to make money it is affecting the hotel and your experience.More

All inclusive family holiday
Myself, husband and 9 year old stayed here at end July to beginning of August, first impressions after arriving at 4am were pretty good buffet restaurant open for drinks and light snacks but we weren’t shown to our room on 3rd floor so we’re aimlessly wandering up and down corridors!room quite small the 3rd bed was a sofa so not great!air conditioning wasn’t great so we didn’t get a good sleep but after speaking to reception they did move us and informed us that they turned air con off between certain hours!!this was rectified very helpful and friendly staff across the hotel and can’t fault them at all. I’ve been abroad many times over the years and couldn’t believe that people were reserving sun beds at 5.45 when reception opened the doors!was a case of can’t beat them join them especially if you have young children!i only did this 3 times not really my idea of a holiday! We got bored of the food after day 5 as was pretty much the same offering just with different sauces added, and sometimes walked 5 minutes to playa de Muro for eat out, have stayed at 4*before and don’t feel this hotel warrants that rating! Very clean hotel and friendly staff, beautiful location right on the beach We wouldn’t come back as there are better hotels for same price this was not a budget price that we paid and were expecting a bit more More
