This beachfront place comes with a massive lagoon pool and a pair of restaurants. There’s lots here for children, too.
This place wins points for its location. It’s right on Alcudia Bay, a sandy beach you can access directly from the pool area. It's just a 15-minute walk from the centre of Playa de Muro, too.
The hotel has a huge, winding pool at its centre. And for children, there's an animal-themed splash park. When it comes to dining, there’s a choice of places, including buffet restaurant that hosts theme nights.

Great hotel, food was typical buffet style but not bad. Drinks and cocktails were good (we were all inclusive) and remember named brands used in my cocktails. Kids loved the Burger bar, and it was convenient not to have to go into the restaurants for lunch. My only bug with hotel this was everyone claiming sunbeds earl, way before the pool area had even opened. Staff, kids animation team were all lovely, and made our stay comfortable. AC was great too. Gorgeous reception areas as well as drinks on arrival however having been to other resorts i felt this was quite worn outside and there seemed to be a lot - a lot - of people packed into a small area. The staff were lovely, food was ok - recommend the restaurant you have to book, especially on a Thursday night as they had fish. Right on the beach. The water so clear can snorkel and there are fish. Can’t take drinks onto the beach and need to pay for your lounge chairs. Didn’t think that the animation team were great at all - especially since my children were bullied and they then praised the person on stage which was disgusting. The hotel management didn’t do anything about the person in question or talk to animation staff but had stated that they have had many complaints about them and supposed to be now banned from the hotel... this however definitely put a dampener on our trip. iBooks nicer than it is
Lovely beach, it’s a bit suburban,we were there for the last week of season so things were closing down but we weren’t prepared for being turfed out of restaurant at eight pm on last night so that they could prepare for staff party we went to bed hungry and had an early start next morning so we were not left with a very good impression of Majorcan hospitality,in general the food was poor, whatever went back to kitchen at night was likely to turn up in soup tureen next day, staff were quite friendly, rooms a bit bleak as I said best thing about it is the beach, management unapproachableMore
This hotel is just perfect for a poolside or beach holiday, food was lovely and everything was fresh , the kids had loads to do and the animation team were magnificent with the teens. overall would highly recommend.More
A nice surprise
This was our first return to this hotel since before it became solely all inclusive and having never travelled all-in before we wondered what to expect. We need not have worried. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and light and airy The staff, from Reception through to menials, are polite and friendly. There is a large spacious dining room that never seemed to be over-full with no shortage of good food. My only gripe was no hot plates for hot food !! The bar is part of the general entertainment area and the friendly staff coped well. But I wish they would sell crisps etc - I'm sure they would go well. Outside, the pools are not very large but one is a kiddies poo[ with unusual "adventure" features and anyway, the hotel sits attached to miles of shallow water pure sand beaches. The immediate area is not a really bustling tourist trap but we walked back from Alcudia Port with a five-year-old so not really a problemMore
