Really good hotel best I've stayed at
We arrived and checked in straight away got a glass of cava which was nice got to room on 4th floor but not had seaview or pool it was a nice room only downside was the bathroom door was smoked glass and did not have a lock on ( I shared with my sister) The main dinner room is big no trouble getting a seat food was better some days but plenty to choose from and plenty to eat some hot and not but had a few good meals while I was there there got another restaurant you can book once a week we did not go there got a burger bar to get snacks ect You have to ask for everything you like at the bar can't help your self which sometime can be a hassle sometimes but the staff are nice and friendly you can help yourself in dinner room Staff work hard and the cleaners are always cleaning and the cleaners start cleaning the rooms 9 until 2 The entertainment was ok better then other hotels I've stayed at most night was rock band or singers the bar staff come round asking if you like anything and cleaning up If you are looking for beach or sun bed holiday this hotel right on beach it's 30 min walk to the strip but there is a few shop round the hotel I've had a very nice holiday here and I will be coming backMore
What can I say? This Hotel is amazing. First off the place is immaculately clean, seriously they dont stop cleaning, its like they have OCD or something. You can not turn around without seeing a member of staff, and every single one of them has a smile on their face, they all look and act like they love their jobs. Every member of staff does an amazing job. The food is spectacular. I have read a few reviews where people didnt like the food, bit seriously, there is so much variety that most fussy of fussy eaters will find something to eat at least three times a day. The kitchen staff know how to cook to high standards. The entertainment team are on the go all day and evening making sure people are having a great time. The evening entertainment was ok, not brilliant, but definitely entertaining. The bar staff are brilliant and work very hard too. It was my wifes birthday while we were there. Want a cake? Just speak to reception. Smack bang on the beach, the three steps lead from the pool area directly on to the sand. BAD POINTS!! People reserve sunbeds from 07.00 so get up early if you want a good spot. Thats it, thats the only bad thing I can think of. I dont know what this Hotel is like peak season, but I can not wait to go back out of season again. Thankyou Condesa.More
Not Perfect but Nothing Is
We arrived at the hotel early afternoon, check did take a while, but a lot of guests turned up at the same time causing the delay. We had requested an adapted room and allocated 215A. The room is small with limited storage space. In most hotels the adapted rooms are not in the best of locations in the hotel (some overlooking the car park) this one is almost directly above the front door. It was my birthday while we were there and the hotel left a bottle of fizz and some chocolate to celebrate, thank you. The food was generally good and sometimes very good, but as other reviewers have stated sometimes cold and no warmed plates. The wine, beer and soft drinks in the restaurant are self service, the wine is okay but not good. We used the book able restaurant twice. The BBQ, and the Oriental nights, Oriental was the best. There are many International drinks on offer at the bars. Entertainment in the evenings was for the most part very good. Just the one night a week for the animation team, which was the best I have seen, apart from one section. It appeared the show the hotel mascot, Coco getting beaten up by the rest of the team, and him getting his revenge by beating them with a club. It got applause from the audience, but but in this day and age surely violence against woman is not acceptable (I may have misread the section). The hotel right on the beach, really good sand and sea. The staff are what you would expect helpful and friendly at all times. One upsetting thing was the collapse of a Tour company which by the time we left the hotel just over half full. The collapse has meant a lot of people losing their livelihood and holidays. I would return to the hotel. More
