Stayed here for a week from 26th May to 2nd June.Hotel is adults only and is in a great location. No problem getting sun beds and pool towels are provided. Hotel looks onto the beach and is a short walk away from the beautiful marina at Benalmadena. There is a lovely promenade walk in front of hotel and is only around a 30 minute walk up into the old town via steps at the Melia hotel or there is a lift at the other side which costs 50cents. Plenty choice of food in hotel and there are 2 sittings for dinner and you are allocated a table which is yours for your stay. You can also visit the A la carte restaurant during your stay. Would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.More
Another excellent trip
Fourth time we have stayed at this great hotel, and was as good as ever. Food choice and quality excellent. Very friendly, helpful staff . Immaculately clean everywhere . Overall standard 10 out of 10 . Only complaint sunbeds towels on most at crack of dawn signs saying not to but not enforced I was up early on our balcony one morning at 6am and people were putting towels out then ridiculous. Special restaurant worth a visit nice to be waited on .Well done to the DirectorMore

On the whole an excellent hotel, staff very friendly and food very good, only downside was the bar drinks were expensive, and without moaning too much the bathroom towels were too small , apart from this would certainly return as i love the location.More
Very nice relaxing holiday . Hotel very good, food excellent and staff very friendly . Bedroom very comfortable. Good sized pool but close to sea as well for more adventurous swimmers .Small gym but well equipped and treatments/spa facility as well . Recommend shoulder massageMore
just as good
Just returned from our second visit to the Riu Nautilus hotel & we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It was good to see that the staff were just the same as 3 years ago. They are friendly, polite & hard working - reception, bar, restaurant & cleaners, all are excellent. The building & grounds are kept immaculate, grass cutting, palm tree pruning (done whilst we were there) light bulbs changed when they fail. The rooms are a good size with twin beds pushed together & each one being 4 foot wide & super comfy! The bathrooms feature a large countertop for all your bits, a hairdryer & a large walk in shower. A small negative - the towels are small & are showing their age. Time for some new ones. There are two sittings for dinner 6.30 & 8.15pm & if you choose the second sitting there is no difference from the first. All the food is cooked fresh in small amounts in the restaurant. It's a set table for dinner & sit where you like for breakfast. Again a small negative - there is no English sausage at breakfast (we had it on alternate days 3 years ago). Overall the food is delicious, fresh, varied & well cooked. The entertainment is much improved over previous but could be much better if the hotel would stop it's silly retriction on the sound level. Acts like Ricky Lavazza & the Lionel Richie tribute who were only booked for an hours show were a bit louder & better for it but the ones thar were on for longer had to keep it down. It ruined the performance of Southern Impact who would otherwise have been great. We don't want it blasting out but it could be turned up by quite a bit for everyones enjoyment. Writing this is making me wish I was still there - oh, make sure you go to the Ole restaurant, just one visit per week. Absolutely lovely.More
