Riu Palace Jamaica
This adults-only hotel leads its debut with a prime beach position and four à la carte restaurants.
Soft white sand comes to your doorstep at this beachfront hotel. There’s a relaxed vibe to the place, though it’s just 10 minutes’ drive from Montego Bay and its line-up of shops, restaurants and nightlife.
The hotel sits between the Riu Montego Bay and Riu Reggae and, as such, you can move between the three for bars and restaurants. When it comes to the huge pool, though, you’ll probably want to stay put.

Hubby and I Just returned from RIU Palace and I must say we had a wonderful time.We arrived eary and I thought for sure that our room was not ready , but as soon as we arrived we were directed straight to our room which was originally a courtyard view on the 2nd floor, but we were immediately upgraded to a beautiful ocean view suite on the 3rd floor (3052) which was very clean and spacious. After unpacking we headed towards the Buffet where we met ( DR. PHIL ) who would greet us everyday during breakfast with a smile and was very attentive. Thanks Dr Phil. The food here is good .However; after a while we started getting tired of the same thing over and over . One night we ate at the steakhouse and everything was delicious ( Thank you ). During the day we spent a lot of time at the pool bar where we had the pleasure of meeting FREDERICO .. this guy became our #1 buddy . Thanks Frederico for your lovely service and hooking us up with your famous Rum Punch ;) The Aqua Chill out Lounge is where you can drink and have snacks 24 hrs.(Thanks to NIJEL the cook, for preparing delicious fish and fries and your wonderful smile).. In the evening before going to dinner we would stop at the Lobby bar to have a cocktail and have a conversation with DESRICK ...Thanks Desrick for preparing my Mojitos every evening. Last but not least . Shout out to NEKEISHA WHITE . Thank you for assisting us with our ceremony, You were a blessing; and It was a pleasure meeting you... Ya Mon, we had an awesome time here at the Palace, Although we could go to the other resorts next door , we only visit the Reggae once, and that was to check out the Michael Jackson show ( which was phenomenal ) .Words of Advise : If you want to stay here and you're more of the relaxed and laid back type; then I suggest that you stay here at the Palace. But , If you're the partying type, then you may want to consider staying at the Reggae ...Thanks again Riu and to all of the staff who made our vacation enjoyable..Jamaica is definitely One Love where you'll Feel Alright!!!!More
A Great Experience!
My experience was nothing short of great! The room was just as advertised: clean and modern. All Staff members were like family! They were very courteous and pleasant went above and beyond to ensure that my solo trip was all I anticipated. I am already eager for my next visit! More
The Riu palace was nice. I really enjoyed the food and the bartenders were excellent. We did a party boat from the resort that included snorkeling and going to Margaritaville which was a lot of fun. Our room was always kept clean and well stocked. You have to go to the family resort which is on the same grounds to get to the club. You do have access to the other 2 resorts so we often went to watch shows there. I must say the entertainment staff was A+. I would definitely return.More

Amazing staff and amazing entertainment!
We have just returned home from the most incredible 2 week holiday, We couldn't fault anything about this hotel, the food was amazing especially the jerk chicken was the best I've had, the drinks, rooms, pool area was spectacular. I would just like to add the bar staff fredrico, Deserick, Archer & Demar I could keep going as they were the best bar staff we have met they couldn't do enough for us. Also the entertainment team were by far the best we have seen, down to the dancing, the games the singing just everything they made our whole holiday especially Malick, Kydd, Dimples & DJ Garrikz. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the most amazing time there and they sure made our stay there the best. The only downfall is that they removed Malick into the Reggae hotel which killed the vibe in the Aqua bar on the night as it wasn't the same without them all together. We don't normally revisit the same hotels but we have booked straight back up as soon as we came home for next year as we can't to get back there, so we hope everyone is still working there for our next visit as it wouldn't be the same without everyone there bringing the amazing atmosphere. Most Amazing Holiday Ever!!
We’ve just got back from spending 2 weeks at this amazing place, which we both literally couldn’t fault at all, the drinks, food, people, rooms just absolutely everything was just simply amazing! We never wanted to leave we met the ‘AMAZING’ Malick, Kydd, Dimples and Dj Garrikz, they simply went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay here and they absolutely made our entire holiday! The dancing and entertainment is by far the best we have ever seen they always made sure everyone got involved and they made me feel like a Queen on my Birthday there! We were absolutely devastated to leave, that may I just add we have NEVER ever returned to the same hotel twice but the day after we returned home we decided to book it again but for our Honeymoon next year! We can’t wait to get back and see everyone again as it wouldn’t be the same without those guys! Thank you for such an amazing holiday and we can’t wait for next year!More
