Amazing Staff & Views
We stayed in Holiday INN Resort in November & weather was perfect. We took Ocean front room which we enjoyed a lot with beautiful views. Buffet: Food was Hit or miss in the Buffet everyday its not that great quality ,Omelette Station & Pasta Station were good though & big lines. Jerk Hut: Food was extraordinary there and the Sauce was amazing,Joe is great in Jerk Hut we always ate there as buffet food was not great. Restaurants: We liked Jamaican Restaurant & the Sea Breeze which are free,Japanese you have to pay but its worth it.Italian was worst food & more Clothing restrictions KIDS Club: We dropped everyday our 18month old son during his nap time in the afternoons & night our dinner time ,Paulene & Irene are really good in the club but the Closing during Lunch & Dinner times does not make sense. Beaches were really good,Activities were great & Great staff but the Drinks were Watered down but if you tip them then they might make it better.Overall had relaxing & Amazing Holiday.More
Just arrived back in UK 12/12/19 after two weeks in Holiday Inn. After a total farce upon arrival at airport, a swift ten minutes transfer was ideal, even quicker check in, A good 30 people arrived at the same time no delays. Whisked off to Room 5107 with shower (No bath) One large brilliant and comfy bed, ideal for my mobility issues. A patio which got a bit of Sun the afternoon , but with its own Wildlife. Lizards & 🐦 along with Kingsley The Gardener, what a truly wonderful man who had so much pride in his work & gardens. Too be honest he made my holiday, Yo Man wor cry every morning. Hotel was having a make over but I found no issues until last couple of days when main restaurant was having a lick of paint. Loved Italian place not to impressed with Sea Brezze and very rude staff, more rude staff was at the pool lads and towels mug. What plonkers just chasing the girls. Again no tips left. Bar staff at adult pool behind block seven outstanding and great staff.Just having to deal with rude holiday makers from USA. What a nation of holiday makers no please or thank you. My Gran was from US and would have been so ashamed, again with The White Yanks thinking he was above all Lovely people from Canada. The food was a bit hot and cold depending the time, but an outstanding selection every day. Did not bother watching any of the shows on a night, no tables outside which was a shame, but again I witnessed WHY (shameful). My big highlight was seeing a baby turtle learning its way until A Yank decided to remove the creature from the water to show his pals. Again A Shameful act he told me he was a regular visitor. What a fool. Only downside last two days and the farce of the catering service which took a huge tumble, a disgrace to be honest to the staff who had been put to serve the customers, a bust up ensured with a couple of managers who were unaware of the farce going on upstairs in the walk ways of the hotel. These two clowns had no customer service and should be sacked. The Turtle & The Gardener made my holiday. # Things can only get better ## Wake up Holiday InnMore
Great family vacation spot!
Travelled with our two teenagers and grandpa. We all loved this spot. Lots to do, beautiful grounds. Private adult section. Lots of hits on the beach. The secluded island that you swim across too is the best! More
