TUI SENSIMAR Atlantic Palace
The hotel comes with sea and mountain views, and was recently refurbished.
This hotel is just outside Sorrento, and offers up panoramic views across to Mount Vesuvius. When you want to get out and explore, there’s a shuttle bus that’ll drop you into town, and to the beach.
The property looks typically Italian from the outside, with red-brick walls and columned balconies. As for the interiors – expect a swish lobby bar and rooms dressed with smart, modern accent colours.

Our first Sensimar Hotel and we were very impressed. The Hotel staff are all Friendly and welcoming. The Dining Staff are all attentive, polite and Friendly. The food is of good quality and plenty of it. We especially loved eating outside in the Garden. Walk down and back to Sorrento about 20 mins it is a busy road but not a problem.Loved the Rabbits running around in the garden. Pool was very cold but we used the Jacuzzi's instead. Bar staff brilliant so friendly and always looking to see who needs another drink. Drinks were of good quality and great Cocktails. Tui team all really friendly and Helpful and always around. We had a front Room on the second floor and Road was a bit noisy but we enjoyed the views. Great Rooftop area but a bit too cold to it out on an evening. We loved this hotel and will be back.More
Worth its 5 star rating
Small modern hotel on the outskirts of Sorrento. Very unusual to find an all inclusive in Italy and no expense were spared. Fabulous meals including packed lunch if wanted and extensive drinks menu including full bottles of wine with dinner.Very friendly and attentive staff. Our room was in the main building at the front and could see Vesusius through the trees. The traffic was a little noisy during the day but didn't disturb our sleep. Any entertainment was low key as it is a Sensimar hotel and the live music could be better but otherwise was an exceptional hotel.More
Another amazing holiday
So here I am lay on a sun bed at the side of a jacuzzi with bunny rabbits bouncing everywhere in the stunning grounds of the Atlantic palace, this is mine an my best friends 2nd visit to this hotel an it's truly amazing, sorrento is so beautiful but the added bonus of a fabulous hotel is fantastic, last time we came hannah was entertainments manager an her presence is well missed, how ever we now have Lilly such a young girl with an amazing personality just interacts with everyone an is a credit to tui, food is excellent at all times rooms great although beds not the best, you must never ever forget the fabulous pino maitre d an his second in command fabulous , now if you want amazing pancakes omelettes an pizzas go an see Francisco absolutely fab member of the team always so respectful, smiling laughing an nothing is to much trouble for him have to say the all the staff at this hotel will always make you want to come back, we had room 505 in the annexe ground floor with patio , dont know what else I can say but 5 stars, oh an before we go many thanks to Mario who was the courtesy driver fantastivMore
Our third visit and we are looking forward to our fourth next year
From the staff , cuisine, hotel and the ethos I just think it’s fantastic . This was our third visit , there was a change in staff since the last time we visited, however they were exceptional . Pinot and Liberato in the restaurant absolutely fantastic, made us feel so special and the waiters were all fantastic Guytano, Ferdinando and his brother ,Little Tony who made us laugh saying would you like pepper pepper pepper ! So funny . Little things like that make your holiday, I wish I could remember the other waiters names . The food available was outstanding, if anybody complains or gives a bad review you must like McDonalds, as Atlantic Palace served fresh Italian dishes and nobody should complain .Alfonso the head chef took pride in the dishes he and his staff in the kitchen served and he was professional and funny . We met couples in Atlantic that we met two or three or four years ago . Just like us everybody who visits Atlantic Palace want to go back, we also met many new people who were lovely . Look out for the rabbits in the garden , they let me stroke them . The only thing I was not happy about was the smell of the drains in the annexe, I asked if we could change rooms however we were told the hotel was full . It made our room smell slightly, we were on the bottom floor and it went when we ran the shower . The room was well cleaned , the pool area was clean and tidy . A few people felt they had to put towels on the beds at 7 and not touch the beds all day, I think they should be removed myself . The young lady in the spa, I thank her for my lovely manicure and pedicure . We Look forward to visiting the Atlantic again hopefully this year or if not definitely next . Many thanksMore
Not as good as it was
This is our 3rd stay at the Atlantic Palace. The staff,as always were excellent, but the food was so-so. Lack of food choice, the vegetables were barely warm as they were kept “hot “,on a water basin with the water not hot enoughMore
