The day starts with a Continental breakfast accompanied by an eggs station catered by chefs- for guests craving an omelette. At lunch, you can order from the à la carte* menu, or if you'd prefer a light bite there are sandwiches and snacks, too. Italian dishes including pizza and pasta populate the buffet area at dinner, or you can choose from a 3 course set menu for a supplement of €15 per person. The restaurant's surrounded by lemon trees, with a pool view to boot, from the terrace. Just so you know, there's a casual dress code here, however swimwear isn't permitted.
Large tear-shaped pool with sun terrace, deckchairs and sunbeds. And an added bonus is that there's a waiter service for drinks and snacks, so you won't have to leave your sunbed.
There's occasional music in the Mediterranean garden which includes performances from Opera singers, a pianist and a mandolinist.

I stayed at this hotel from 24 May 2019. I have never stayed in a hotel with a truly inspirational eco-policy. The large Gardens next to the hotel were beautiful and on our first day we were given a tour and tasted the produce from the gardens. The white berries were amazing. The bitter orange marmalade they make is amazing and I had it for breakfast every morning. The food generally at the hotel was good and even better when you realise they try to grow some of their own vegetables. The staff team come across as really proud of the Gardens. The hotel is clean and the staff are really attentive. The entrance to the hotel has a long tunnel but we were always given a ride as it was quite a slightly long walk. Michael often came to chat with us to ask if there was anything we needed. After the introductory meeting with tui representative we were given a short walking tour of Sorrento, stopping off at some places for tasters. This was really useful as it introduced us to the area and enabled us to return to restaurants and places we liked. We loved the first cannelloni restaurant and returned for lunch on a rainy day. The hotel entertainment was fairly low key but it was enjoyable. We loved the lemon spritz. The weather wasn’t wonderful so we couldn’t appreciate the pool. I’ve never seen so many lemon trees before and one of the food highlights was risotto a limone. The only issue I had was my tv lost bbc news. The staff came but said it was related to the satellite.More
4 Star hotel, 5 Star staff.
This was our third 2-week visit travelling with TUI to the Conca Park in 4 years and it certainly didn't disappoint. We arrived a few hours late due to having made an unschedualed landing at Pescara due to storms above Naples. As described by many, the entrance to the hotel is a tunnel which runs under the owner's garden. It is a little taxing to walk up but there is always someone to take you up on a golf buggy. We checked in and the reception staff, especially Paula, were polite and efficient. Our luggage was collected by the porter who brought it up to our room. Nice touch. We booked a room with a sea view and balcony and were given one on the 5th floor with fantastic views of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. We paid extra for this but it's well worth it. Some friends of ours stayed at the back of the hotel facing the rocks. This is the basic room with a balcony but it didn't bother them at all. It amazes me how many people try to get a free upgrade and then give the reception staff a hard time. If you want it, pay for it! The rooms have been tastefully refurbished since last year with minimalist decor and some quirky light fittings and pieces of furniture. The bed is the most comfortable one I have ever slept in. I have a back problem so a comfortable bed is important to me. The black and white bathrooms are stunning, especially the shower which could fit a 5-a-side team in! We spent the second night in the 007 Suite to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The view from the bedroom is amazing. It also has a sunbathing terrace and a side terrace with a hot tub. A great experience. There is a water fountain on each floor, next to the recycling point for bottles, cans etc. Books are left to swap which is a great idea. We were half board and I have to say the food has improved considerably since last year. It has always been good but this year it was exceptional. There is so much choice. Breakfast can be continental or cooked with lots of cereals, coissants and pastries to choose from. In the evening there is always a tasty soup, selection of meats or salad to choose from, followed by a fish dish, pasta, turkey, beef, veal and a vegetarian option. The desserts were to die for and I really don't know how they manage to create so much choice for so many people. The dining room had fresh flowers every day which were stunning. Again, a special touch. The hotel has a spa which we didn't use and has plenty of communal areas to sit and read a book, have a drink or just relax. We had lunch at the outside restaurant on numerous occasions and the food was fantastic. Jack was an excellent host. The bar area is a peaceful area to sit and leads out to a beautiful tranquil garden. There is entertainment on at night such as the opera singer and mandolin player which is just lovely. The pool area gets busy during the day and there is the usual battle for sunbeds from the selfish few, although it didn't bother me as I much preferred the chairs to enjoy a good book and the sunshine. Mateo, the owner's son, occasionally brings fruit from the garden for the guests which is nice. There is also a path next to the pool which takes you down the hill. On the left is a supermarket and a good restaurant. Turn right and you are basically on the main street. A 10 minute walk takes you past a laundrette, several shops, hotels and bars to the Drains and the famous Piazza Tazzo with all its bars and restaurants. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to be within walking distance of all Sorrento has to offer. The biggest asset of this hotel is the staff. Without exception, they are all so hard-working, friendly and accommodating. A special thanks to Mateo whose customer service skills are second to none. We would not hesitate to recommend the Conca Park to anyone thinking of staying in Sorrento. More
Very enjoyable visit.
The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and obliging. The bedrooms were really well presented and very comfortable. The restaurant buffet was well presented with a very good selection of food. The restaurant staff were very friendly providing excellent service. Main criticisms are that there were no coffee making facilities in the bedroom and access to the hotel was not good for anyone with joint problems. Access was by way of a long steep uphill tunnel and was difficult to negotiate.More
Great location for us and great facilities
Stayed here for 2 nights booked last minute as had booked 5 nights in Salerno but was bored of the place by day 3! Weather wasn’t great there and wasn’t a lot to do with a 6 year old. Found this hotel on booking, had a pool, breakfast included, close to the train station and main road for shopping/food etc. Reception staff where great, really friendly and helpful upon checkin, gave my son a water bottle as they are a zero waste hotel so either reuse or recycle everything, or as much as they can. Pool was chilly (had been in como the week before and that pool was freezing!) so as a comparison this was pleasant enough to go in when it was sunny, just takes a few mins to acclimatise. Only gripe was the bed was so uncomfortable, normally I find hotel beds to be great but not this one 👎🏼More
Wonderful week celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.
Arrived home last night after what my wife Helen and myself can only describe as the holiday of a lifetime. From the time we arrived until departure yesterday we were treated by all the staff and management to a fabulous week. From the cleandliness of the rooms to the food served at each mealtime. The veiw of Mount Vesuvius from our room was awesome and never ceased to amaze. We were treated to a guided tour of the owners property and a tour of the Sorrento town centre with the TUI reps. The guided tour of Pompei and Hercelium were mindblowing. This is a hotel to be highly recommended on all accounts and a return is definately on the cards.A 10 out of 10 in anyones books.
