Enjoyable Family Holiday
We stayed in a seaview room on 4th floor for 2 weeks in Aug 2019. The view was amazing and worth every penny we paid for upgrade. We have 2 daughters, 12 and 9, who thoroughly enjoyed all the activities and had no problem making new holiday friends. No problems with sunbeds but I was always up to watch the sun rise, absolutely magical, how could you sleep through that! Cocktails made from scratch which was a change from the pre mixed cocktails we have had at other all inclusive resorts. Pepsi max on tap, happy days, as our family don't do sugary drinks. Restaurant staff extremely friendly and made our family of 4 welcome every day. Lots of choice at meal times, food fresh and hot. A taxi ride to Corfu Town is a must. There was always a fresh bottle of water in the fridge in our room. Booked a free courtesy room for the day we left as we had an evening flight. Hired a car from the desk in the hotel and drove around the Island for 2 days. Loved the partitioned room as kids slept in most days. Good sized pools with the option to have a swim in the sea. Kids and husband enjoyed an inflatable watersports ride. Overall an amazing holiday with lots of happy memories made. 1st AI hotel I have stayed in that I would be happy to return to.More
We stayed in this Hotel in June 2019 with our 4 year grandson, we looked at many hotels before choosing the Kerkyra Golf, and we definitely made the right choice, it caters for all ages and was a big hit for our grandson, We had a sea view room on the ground floor, which was perfect for us.the terrace leads out on to a lawned area great for young children, Couldn't fault the food and drink, there was always something suitable for us all, We never had a problem getting sunbeds at any time of the day.and often missed breakfast in the main restaurant which wasn't a problem as the Snack bar served a late breakfast with lots of healthy choices, The evening entertainment was good for families, and adults were also catered for in the main bar area, We have booked to return to this hotel again in late June , my son and daughter in law are joining us this year to celebrate a birthday, and I am sure they will not be disappointed as it ticks the boxes for all agesMore
A fun family week in the sun
I was a bit snobby about booking an all inclusive package holiday but I'm so glad we did! We have a three year old who had the time of her life. The good. The food was so much better than I was expecting! We loved all the restaurants. The entertainment staff are amazing. The pools are great. Corfu Town is very close and really lovely. The not so good. Our room felt quite small and the children's sleeping area was next to the balcony which made it hard to sneak about when our daughter was in bed. The alcohol was rubbish! We definitely weren't in it to get drunk which was a good thing because I don't think it's possible! There is nice wine at the Japanese restaurant but nowhere else. We would certainly book again with Tui and really liked the family life brand.More
Our Holiday - May 2019
We stayed here in May 2019 when the season first started. The weather was disappointing but that can't be helped. The facilities at the hotel are fantastic, it has everything to entertain a young child. The entertainment team were fab and worked so hard. I put my daughter into the baby club three times throughout our stay and each time she settled really well. The girls in there were great and when I went to collect her, they had helped her make me pictures and drawings etc which I was allowed to take home with me. The food was amazing, especially the roast and the desserts. The drinks from the machines were a bit hit and miss though. We never encountered a problem with wasps etc as other people have reported. The children's playground needs some investment. My daughter loved this area, but the slide was cracked, the wood was rotting away, and a car that you push with a handle had its handle snapped off. We loved the amphitheatre, the view is great wherever you sit. Our room was pleasant enough and big enough. Some work needed doing to it though - the toilet door lock was broken and one of the legs on the bed buckled when we sat on the bed. There isn't a lot to do in the area, but you can catch a bus to other areas. The bus stop is about a 5-10 minute walk away. The bus stop is located on a very busy road with no clear crossing, so just be careful with young children. You can order a packed lunch from reception if you are going out for the day which we did a few times. Would I return? Yes absolutely, we loved it.More
