Hotel Louis Phaethon Beach Club
You get a choice of pools at this place. And in the summer months, there’s even a waterpark.
This place has a pair of huge pools. And in the summer months, a waterpark opens up. On the dining front, there’s a buffet restaurant with theme nights including Cypriot, Italian and seafood.
The hotel enjoys a quiet spot just outside central Paphos. There’s a little rocky beach behind the hotel. And it’s a 10-minute bus ride to the harbour, where cafés and tavernas line the water’s edge.

There's a trio of slides to try out, and the multi-lane one is great for a race. The waterpark is only open in the summer, from 1st May to 31st October. Just so you know, you will need to be aged 8 and 1.2m tall to ride the slides.
Great for the kids with a climbing frame, waterfalls and slides.

Amazing Holiday miss the staff
WOW WOW WOW! Had yet again an amazing holiday treated like royalty by staff. Our 5th year at the Louis Phaethon and will be back again it's like our second home didn't want to leave. You cannot fault this hotel at all and if you have never been you must go, because believe me you will return. Food is amazing caters for everyone so much to choose from and available all day, drinks there is plenty to choose from again lovely cocktails. Love Bobby on the bar you are a star. Hotel is spotless cleaners work really hard and are so friendly. Bar and restaurant staff nothing was too much trouble, life guards do an amazing job better than some places we have been too. Animation team work really hard Dido you must be proud of them all, loved you on the Zuma bongos too had the pool side dancing away! An the management team what can I say amazing people nothing too much trouble if anyone had a problem they would sort it for you, always there to help an have a general chat too. Loved seeing you all round the pool area and pool resturant mixing with your guests, shout out to Rudi, Michael an Nikoletta all lovely people. We can't wait to see you all next year missing you already. Also can't wait to see our hotel refurbished. This hotel is a must to visit and if you have children believe me they won't to leave, mind you as adults we didn't want to leave!More
The best hotel especially for families . Food was really nice and a lot of choices during the day. Staff really helpful. We forgot some things in our room when we left and they manage to send them to us in a day. Very clean. We never felt bored. Many things to do. Needed some renovation but as i know they will do it this year so we cant wait to visit Phaethon next year as well.More

Couples holiday at this lovely hotel - one or two improvements needed
Travelled as a young couple, on arrival, you are greeted with champagne, beer, juices, and pastries/breads! Check in was very easy and we were straight up to our room. Rooms On first impression of the room we were slightly disappointing, as it wasn't very big, there were a few cracks in the ceiling and some of the furniture looked worn, nevertheless this wasn't a big issue! We did have many mosquitoes in the room, though we let reception know and they gave us 2 mosquito plugs which worked really well! Food Breakfast was nice, although not as much selection as I hoped, the french toast was eggy and more soggy rather than crisp, and I don't eat the hot breakfast much although my boyfriend did enjoy it. I was hoping for a few more pastries (chocolate pastries would be nice) Lunch and dinner were absolutely fantastic! I have never been anywhere that has as big as a selection, and such beautiful food! I was often having 5 courses for dinner, there was always a carved meat station, and if you don't like one thing there's several others! As well as a vegetarian section! A credit to the chefs! Entertainment We usually look forward to hotel entertainment,we went down on the first night and we were greeted to a game of 'suck and blow' a vs game against the guests and scantily clad entertainment team...some parents walked out with their kids looking less than impressed! Most other nights it was musicals with the occasional illusionist or external acts. We didn't go down to watch the entertainment again, instead we sat in the bar in the lobby which had waiter service, and played cards - the waitress staff in the bar are the nicest waitresses we've ever met! Facilities The indoor pool is lovely, it was nice to relax there during the heat of the day, and use the sauna and steam room and Jacuzzi free of charge! Pool table was good, however the table tennis table probably needs to be updated, also throughout the whole week we never saw the paddles or balls, and when we went to reception they said they were downstairs - we later saw a kid holding onto them all day! The hotel is so easily accessible to Paphos town by bus, 1 euro 50 for a trip or 5 euro for a day pas, the harbour/town is 15 minutes away. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!More

2 weeks in sunny Cyprus
Had a great 2 weeks holiday at this hotel. We found the hotel clean with friendly staff. There was always something good to eat even if you are a fussy eater. Chinese buffet was excellent. Always plenty of sun beds even if your not a early riser like us. Special mention to Daniel the waiter who was excellent at his job. Would return to this hotel again. Only negative was unruly kids especially in restaurant not hotels fault .More
Louis Phaethon beach
The location of the resort is desirable as the hotel is placed on the beach, all of the facilities such as the pool, gym and water slides were very good, the food in the hotel were mediocre at best, however the lunches from the Chinese were beautiful. On arrival we were greeted with our hotel key then showed our room and were extremely disappointed with the quality of the room it was very tired and the promise of a sea view which we weren’t granted. We then decided to ask to have our room changed and found that the hotel staff at reception were incredibly rude and very dismissive of our requests. At this point we were also told that the WiFi at the hotel is not free like it claims, you have to pay 15 euros per device. We enjoyed our visit as the hotel is in a good location and it is easy to access the bus to the beautiful harbour and other locations. The tui reps were also brilliant however this is not a 4 star hotel.More
